I was able to set up a store within 1 week with this app. This would have taken a ton more time but they had an amazing blog that helped in this process. I was able to learn how to use the app and strategize on approaching new products to sell. When I called twice, their support staff answered my questions within 20 minutes, both times.

Customcat is one of the best PRINT ON DEMAND Company out there. Their printing quality is superb. they never let me down. all my customers receive their orders on time and i have never receive any return from my customers. I'm new to this but found the youTube training videos exceptional in explaining "how to." JT in customer service is so awesome and responsive in getting my questions answered. I also like the emails CustomCat sends out with very helpful links. The app is very user friendly and integrating products up into my shop was a breeze. Highly recommend.

So far, I've had a very positive experience with CustomCat. I had no problem integrating and setting up all of my products. They have tons of POD items to choose from and the best part of my experience has been the customer service. Naturally, when just starting out, there are a lot of questions. I had a bunch of questions and was able to speak with someone directly and also connect with them via email for any future questions. They have been great and I look forward to adding more products and really growing with CustomCat.

First of all - what a great company. Your first concern is probably shirt quality. I wear the shirts I sell and they look great to me after many washings. Next is ease of shirt creation. I can create a pile of custom shirts very quickly with their system. Next is customer service - STELLAR!! I wish every company I dealt with was as fast and competent as Customcat. Today I had a setting wrong in Shopify that led to 7 orders not going through. One phone call with JT at Customcat got me going and he also fixed my settings so I did not have that issue again - all in about 4 minutes. I love Customcat!!
