Overall, CustomCat has been a positive influence on my business. The app is user-friendly and their customer service is very responsive. Most importantly, the turnaround time for my orders are freaky fast.

I have had a great experience with CustomCat so far. Good customer service. Very good mug quality. Great products in general. Definitely worth trying them out.

My experience is that their customer service rocks. I called them with a question, no hold, it just rang and someone immediately picked up and was very nice and helpful.

I have had a very good experience with CustomCat. Customer support is excellent. The app has so many great products and the prices are so low! There was a recent large order that somehow was incorrectly placed and processed, causing our shipping to be later than promised. One of their team, Brett, went FAR above the call of duty to make this right on their end. Just know that I've never seen someone go the distance, literally, to make a customer happy. Long Live CustomCat!

Great app. Easy to use and the customer service is great. I have tried several other fulfillment options but CustomCat is absolutely the best. They have the fastest turn around for product fulfillment, the largest selection and the quality is always first rate. Any questions we have are immediately by their staff. Keep up the great work!!!!

I use multiple vendors to fulfill my orders and CustomCat stands out as the best for apparel. The app connects seamlessly with Shopify and orders are fulfilled automatically. The pricing is great. I just wish they fulfilled ALL of the products I offer!

I feel compelled to write this looking at the negative comment below. The prints I have received from CC are beautiful and vibrant. This person is clearly either a competitor or just inexperienced with digital printing because they say that CC does not lay a base down. Clearly CC uses a white base to make the colors more vibrant if you can see the white border. SMH.

Great customer service. Called up customer service, since I had issues with my order not appearing in CustomCat. I ended up talking to Mike from customer service and he was more than great. He solved all the problems I had and answered all my questions as well. There was no issue reaching their phone, like other people state there is. Most of their low reviews are mostly because the people who left them, were too quick to jump to action and conclusions. They're more than great and offer so much more, than most other print companies. Great service and prices.
