Custom Cat is a great company to deal with. After a small hiccup, they contacted me and went out of their way to resolve the situation. I really appreciated the way they handled things. Not all companies would be so attentive with a new client. Their fabrics are above and beyond the competition. I highly suggest you try them out.

Fantastic company. The customer service has been exceptional. I have been working with JT for a while now and he got me up and running within a week. This is my first store and the CustomCat team made it a breeze to get started.

TLDR: I love this company. I've had several months experience with them on multiple levels and they have rocked it out every time. I was a little skeptical about using CustomCat as my primary DTG company when I first read their reviews. I'm really glad I took a chance, I've been using these guys for several months. I've had many orders and yes, there have been a few glitches ( it's going to happen no matter where you go.) I'm giving these guys a five star rating because I think they deserve it. I tried to use a few other companies and either creating your products is a nightmare or their pricing is ridiculous. I've attempted to create products with just about every single company out there at the moment, and I kept coming back to CustomCat. Pricing is amazing. I'm only using the Lite version and I'm still getting great margin and having room to test different price points and offer some sweet discounts and still come out well on top. If I sign up for their paid version that gets even better and basically two sales pays for it a month. No brainer. As I said, there have been a few glitches and I had those glitches sorted out quickly and efficiently and I adore their customer service. To test out customer service I sent an issue through email, phone and Facebook messenger and all were answered in a timely manner. Customer service has always been kind and professional and I enjoy having them get my back. I have had excellent order quality. I had to make some adjustments to my files but the printing and quality of everything I have received from CC has been excellent. My test order has become some of my favorite items in my own wardrobe. However, do your due diligence! Check the quality of your images and the sizes and make a test order to check the quality of some of the garments. Some of the t-shirt models are not super premium quality and you can't expect amazing quality from a sub-par garment, but these guys have a lot of choices in high quality garments to make a good margin without having to go with the cheapest item listed. What Could Be Better: The user interface is a little too barebones and it takes a minute to get the hang of it. I highly recommend watching CC's YouTube tutorials before getting started because there are a lot of short cuts that aren't very apparent before you know they exist. The product images could be a little better done for the hats and some of the lesser offered items. It would be cool to have a model mock up option like Printful. It would be awesome also if they offered some of the new options that others are offering such as being able to send a sticker with your orders or title things like that. I'm sure those things are coming. I waited a month before I left this review because I wanted to get the full picture before I just left one. I'm glad I waited because now I know I have faith in the fact that these guys are my number 1 go-to POD supplier and I am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with them. I'll be sure to change my review if that ever changes but for now I'm glad I found them!

I use multiple dtg production and fulfillment companies for my store but, I recently needed embroidery and on performance polos for a particular customer. I decided to give CustomCat a try because their range of performance products is very good. I ordered a shirt for myself as a test case but, also had a customer purchase one at the same time. Both arrived and not only are the shirts good quality (Adidas® ) the embroidery is great! I have since ordered other items and so far, no issues with the products or printing or embroidery.

The team at CustomCat is very responsive and helpful. Also, the product selections are great and would recommend this app to anyone looking for great products, high-quality prints, and excellent customer service.

Great app, love the Next Level 3600 t shirt. Super soft and thin - premium feel. Seems like they are one of the quickest printers, especially for no setup fees. That kills me that all other embroidery places want a hefty fee just to get set up.

I use a bunch of POD's and CC is the easiest to use. The cool part is they "own" any issues if you contact them. Yes, I'll admit they aren't perfect - either am I haha. But when there is an issue they fix it quickly. Much easier than my other factory. Items are great but I do recommend testing them first. For example, our designs look great on mugs but not the flip-flops. Make sure you use hi-def, vector images and you will love their quick turnaround. Cheers

Great company. Each time that I've had a problem (My fault of course), Customcat has solved it quickly. Product quality is exceptional. I've ordered from other suppliers and for the cost of lessor quality items, Customcat provides a premium product for the same price. Sometimes even less. I highly recommend them.
