We began our relationship with Custom Cat back in October after using another vendor for the first 10 months of our business. We were attracted to their pricing and product offerings. I was a bit skeptical to switch because our prior vendor gave us more insight into the progress of each order through it's dashboard and tracking progress to delivery is important to us. What we've experienced working with the Custom Cat team has been great! I'm most pleased with the availability and response time when issues arise. We have experienced issues of customers receiving the wrong merchandise or poorly printed merchandise, (this is the reason that the rating isn't 5 Stars) but it has been a small percentage of the whole though occurring more than we'd like. The team, a few of which I know by name, like Mike and Geena, have been highly responsive and rectified any issues quickly, processed orders manually, and listened whenever feedback was provided. They have always been kind and very helpful. Also, the turnaround time for order fulfillment has been constantly expeditious which is also very important with the pretty steady flow of our business. With about 4 months of experience working with Custom Cat, I'm really glad that we made the switch and often talk about how great it'd would've been to have started with them from the beginning. Great products, great pricing, great service! I know they are working hard to make sure that issues are minimal and appreciate their accountability and expedience when rectifying them. I look forward to revisiting this review and making it 5 stars in the future!

I would not suggest using this. I put up some items as a test . Had complaints from customers on missing and slow items. I contacted them about a lost item and support was very slow !

I love this company ! Nothing is better than being able to pick up the telephone and talk to someone if you have a question. I was able to do so before I installed the app and after. They pull their orders every 2 hours and they simply make entire process a smooth one.

I have limited IT skills so establishing any online platform is daunting to say the least - I have found Custom Cat easy to use and more importantly when I have had problems their support service has been exceptional (speedy responses, polite and informed responses and a willingness to walk you through any issues, however basic, without attitude). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Cat to anyone and once all the online stuff is done their products are top quality whilst considerably cheaper than their opposition - well worth the monthly $ commitment if your serious about establishing a viable online store.

CustomCat seller support has been great helping me setup my store! They have been very responsive to any questions I had. The pricing is by FAR better than any of the other apps I have tried. The subscription fee is totally worth it with the increased margins that I am now getting. Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see what features and products you add next!

Ordered a couple sweatshirts for testing and I'm glad I did... the print quality was very faded and shoddy looking- white print residue spots outside of the design. Very linty and it had hairs on it. I believe I could heat transfer something that would look much better than this. The embroidery on the other sweatshirt was ok in quality but it was only about half of the size of what it showed in the mock-up. Very small. They say on the site the embroidery area for the left breast is 4x4" but this was well under 3 inches. Very significant difference and not what would be expected from the end customer based on the expectations set. I wish I could post pics of my products for reference but I don't see a way to do that. I have emailed customer support and will update when I hear back. Overall, largely disappointed as I was so hoping this service would live up to the hype I'm hearing everywhere..
