I have been with CustomCat for 3 years now and they have never let me down. They get items out faster than any other company I've tried. Their support team is prompt to get replacements out. They have a great community and it's easy to contact upper management. I highly recommend CC if you want to take print on demand seriously.

Overall, the app is so frustrating to use. I tried to install on Shopify, didn't even work so I had to use the web version. Everytime I had to place an order, I had to recreate the design and the product because you cannot even save it. Orders say 3 business days for turnaround but oftentimes it took at least 5-7 days for them to ship it. Customer service is slow as a drunk dude, took at least 2-3 days to answer a question. They took the manual orders tab away recently, and now I can't even so the previous orders I made or the tracking numbers. Do better CustomCat.

Quality control and support doenst exist at all. They are repeatedly shipping misprinted/wrong orders and even after 10 days i havent recevied any response from them. It would be better if they just SHUT DOWN!

Loaded app, attempted to follow instructions to configure shipping, but the instructions were outdated. Email support several time and never got a response so had to delete. Was super exited for the speed and the prices, but can't rely on a firm that zero support capabilities.

Choosing to use a new app during the busiest season of the year almost promises to be a disaster, but my POD was out of ornaments, and CustomCat had them, so I thought I'd give it a try. First two bulk orders were completed and shipped in super fast time, instilling a false sense of security. Then the problems started and haven't stopped. I'll break down all of the issues with this app to make this review as comprehensive and helpful as possible. 1) there are no status updates of your orders. If you place a manual order, just sit back and pray it gets shipped. You'll never know if it's in review, in production, etc. The only thing you'll know is that it's shipped. 2) They do not fill manual orders in the order in which they were received. If you have 20 manual orders, even if they're all for the same design, you never know which one will be filled first. 3) User friendly? Not in the least. My other POD app lets me select the product I need to order. I had to recreate the product for every order I needed. Is there another way? Maybe, but I never found it. 4) Consistency. I ordered 30 of the same design. They are in no way the same product. The hole for the ornament string is askew in a many of them, to the point of them being crooked. The design isn't centered on all of them. I spent $150 on an order that wasn't even close to being correct. 5) Response time. Took me 4 tries over 7 days to get support to answer ONE question. They still haven't responded to the above referenced issue. 6) Inability to view your orders. If you make a manual order, all that is there is the order number, and name. There are no links to click and see WHAT the order is, or confirm the order that arrived looks anything like the order you placed. Case in point today, I received an order and the hole for the ornament is in the person's head of the photo. I'm super certain that I didn't do a memorial ornament by hanging it from the deceased person's head. 7) There is no inventory tracking. The closest they come is letting you know a size is out of stock. You have no idea if they'll be able to fulfill any bulk orders of a certain product on Shopify, because there's no inventory listed. All in all, it's probably one of the worst apps out there for POD. When you receive an order that's wrong and you spent $150, you don't want to stew in anger for days on end waiting for any response. When you order 30 of the same design, you want 30 matching products. I will say the quality is very good when they're right and their shipping is very reasonable, especially for 2 day ground for bulk orders. I couldn't in good conscience recommend anyone use this app, though.

I had high hopes for this app because of their selection of items. I loved the clothing! However, what good is having great clothing to design if when I design the apparel, my designs don't save and I constantly have to recreate them? Additionally, when I design apparel in the app, my designs are constantly resized and moved around in ways that I didn't set up originally. On top of that, when I finally did manage to get the designs to look the way I wanted and save them I tried placing an order for myself and didn't hear back from the company after the order was placed. On top of that, I've reached out to customer service numerous times and haven't heard back from anymore. The selection of products is nice, but not worth it if the service is terrible. Take your money elsewhere to a company that will support you.

I started using customcat for blankets, and the quality of the product as well as the printing is excellent. Sometimes they take a little while to get back to you, but are always helpful. I hope they come out with more of a product range in the future, but I am happy with there service and the time it takes to ship to Australia is reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I love using CustomCat as my print provider. They have a great selection of products, excellent customer service and freaky fast fulfillment speeds.

The app doesn't always load and is difficult to use. The products are also of poor quality and the apparel sizing is not standard sizing (seems to be Asian sizing). I am very disappointed because there are a lot of products I can't find anywhere else, but the products are not worth the prices. I had to order through my store just to get a sample, and I'm glad I did because of the sizing issues.

We are so grateful that we found CustomCat! The product line they carry fit our exact business model. We ordered some test products and the shipping was extremely fast (4-days). After receiving the items, we tested them out to ensure they fit our requirements for our brand. Would highly recommend them!

CustomCat quality has been terrible in the last few months. We have numerous complaints from our customer regarding the quality of our products. In addition, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on the phone. I have called numerous times as well as sent emails asking for someone to call me to resolve this and have gotten ZERO reply. We are at the point if we don't get someone to contact us soon we are going to move our business to another vendor. I would NOT recommend this company at all.

I am an advanced user, but this app is horrible. I accidentally processed an order, contacted customer service, and placed another order. However, the canceled order still shows in process 4 days later (that is canceled) and the second order is no where to be found. I find it very hard to contact customer service and trying to process manual orders is a nightmare.
Hello! I see our support cancelled and issued a refund request within 6 minutes from the time the order you accidentally submitted was processed. Thats good because we often ship orders the same day they are processed so I'm glad support was so quick to help. The next shopify order ( 1056 ) did not have CustomCat as the vendor so it could not process. Please click the manual orders tab in your navigation to view info about orders you placed manually through the app. Your shopify orders show in your account dashboard under view all but manual orders placed through the app live in the Manual Orders tab. Slow customer service response times. (Often took more than 7 days to respond even after I follow up). They recently updated the app, so there have been a lot of payment related bugs.

I love CustomCat! I have been using them since 2016 and still love using them as my go-to drop-shipping company. Their customer service is on point and super friendly! They always strive to be better, which I love that about them. I would totally recommend using them.

This app doesn't allow us to change the size of our print file. It's a bit of a turnoff. Customcat needs to fix it.
Hi Andrew. We have multiple presets as well as custom positioning for every product except embroidery. Please check out the quick tutorial here : https://customcat.com/knowledge/using-customcat/tutorials/ Video 3 at the 3:30 mark will walk you right through custom positioning. The default positioning is by far the most popular choice among active sellers but you can definitely "custom position" the placement anywhere within the dedicated & mapped print area shown on screen when you create the product.
