We have been using the CustomCat App. successfully for years and the products and customer service has been outstanding. Even during the crazy Pandemic, when they re-opened everything was processed and shipped on time. The Team at CC is always available to help. Been using CC for over 2 years. They're the best. Especially with their new warehouse and upgraded everything, you will not find better turnaround times in the POD business. Nor better customer service or tech support.

I've been with them for almost 4 years now - my customers love the quality, the shipping times are lightning fast, and the support has been really really good. I especially like how responsive they are in their Facebook group for issues that are not order-related.

Pros: - Highly competitive base cost + shipping fee - Fast production time: normally ~1-3 business days, in peak season ~2-5 - Large product catalogue: tees, mugs, accessories, ornament, bags and 50+ types - Responsible policy: free replacement/refund for lost/defect/wrong packages - Excellent support: via email, FB group and even FB messaging to staff/managers - Powerful system: can upload 250 designs images, and generate over 1,000 products at once Special thanks to Michael, Alex, Joshua and Brett for the great help in these years!

CustomCat is awesome! Great prices, great quality, and a wide selection of print-on-demand products. We tested a VERY difficult design (mix of b&w, greyscale, full color, and pastel colors) with CC and 8 other PoD companies. All done on a black, 100% ultra cotton t-shirt. CC came back with the best quality and best price. You won't be sorry for using them. Their support is top-notch as well!

CustomCat is by far the best POD company and I have used a bunch. They are always innovating and improving the processes while keeping prices at a minimum so help me keep my prices steady for my customers. Not only has CustomCat been great during regular business, but when times get tough, Christmas, or in the middle of a World Wide Pandemic, these guys have stepped up to the plate and communicate and make sure that business can continue if not exceed expectations. CustomCat is a fantastic POD partner! They generally ship faster than anyone else I've tried, and their quality is great. On those rare occasions when there is an issue with a product, they take care of it quickly.

I had a problem with the personalization feature that custom cat offers. After explaining the issue, Brett at customcat had it resolved the same day within a few hours. Thanks a lot Brett..I really need this to work.
