This Accounts Concierge app brings many enhanced features to customer accounts. The app is clean and well-designed, giving us the ability to create a professional customer account with customizable menus and integration with other apps. Customer service is excellent. I truly appreciate the time Alexandru took to help configure and recommend settings. I strongly recommend this app!

Love this app so far, the customer service is amazing! I'm still on the free trial but will probably end up sticking with the service, as I find the pricing pretty fair for what you get. If you're looking to spice up your customer accounts page like I was, you should get this app. It totally transformed the look and functionality of my site/accounts page. I mainly chose this app for the wishlist plug-in but there's so much more you can do. It's also really simple to use and set up, even if you're not tech-savvy. When I had a question, support was quick to respond and walked me through the steps in an easy to understand way. They even helped out with a few extra things, which I am very grateful for! 12/10

Love this app and the support team as well! The shopify accounts page is too basic and this really helps make it look more organized and professional. The support team has been very helpful and are quick to respond to requests, they helped me customize how the buttons behave to better align with my strategy. I will look into adding more of their plug ins very soon! Really recommend!

I really like this app, it has a few things bundled together, and is worth the price. Note that each feature is going to be an add on, but overall, you are getting a well thought out app that works really well. Support for the little issues I has was prompts and very helpful.

Excellent help from Alexandru!! I subscribed to wish list, loyal programme, social login and cancel button, needed to fix some code to use the features. However, I had zero coding skills, so I reached out to their customer care team. Alexandru was very responsive, patient and proactive in problem-solving. He configured the features in the way I wanted, and I love how it looks on my website now. I am more than grateful for the help and definitely recommand this app. It has quite some great features that assist a pleasant shopping experience for consumers, and it is clean. What a well rounded app! Lots to work with here. Makes the customer backend much prettier and easier to navigate. The loyalty program is quite robust and flexible. Super helpful customer service too! We had many customizations needed and they were so helpful and guided us through them all. Would definitely recommend!

This app is worth all the money! - The app is very multifunctional, has a very good store performance and the support (special thanks to Max) is great. The great thing about it is that you can offer the user a really user-friendly and, above all, clear customer account. Whether it's the loyalty program, wish list, address management or order overview - just to name a few features. Everything works perfectly. It's clear to me that individual tools are associated with a surcharge and the bottom line is that you save a lot because you no longer need other apps. ... and: the app is constantly being developed further! A clear recommendation from us!
