Just started using Froonze and really impressed so far — it’s a clean, affordable alternative to the bigger loyalty/account apps and does almost everything I need. The only thing missing for me is the ability to offer physical gifts (like stickers, prints, or small items) as rewards, not just discounts. That would make the program feel way more exciting and on-brand. If that gets added, it’ll be pretty much perfect. Adding a smaller free gift as a reward could really help push for that second customer order so I would love if you could add this feature!
Thanks so much for your review! Unfortunately, due to Shopify API limitations, it is not really feasible to redeem physical gifts directly. Instead, we have to rely on discounts. But the end result is the same, because you can create a spending(redeeming) rule that is limited to certain collections or products.
