This app is a wonderful addition to our store, tranforming the simple Shopify account page into a very nice customized portal. Our customers can find everything they need (their orders - including tracking and downloads -, whishlists, loyalty program, etc.) in the same page. The customer support is wonderful and answered all our questions immediately. They also helped us with the setup, which is great. I definitely recommend this app, as it can improve any store in many ways, and for a very reasonable price.

Now our customer accounts page looks more professional and easy to use. We required few customizations and we thought it wont be possible but you guys managed to customize it as soon as i requested for it. Support is speedy and responsive. Would love to recommend to anyone looking for such an app.

The customer service is above and beyond, very timely and hands on. They also really know Shopify. I installed the app, and at the time time was having a totally unrelated problem on Shopify that was freaking me out. It came up in my customer service chat with these folks, and they had a ton of advice for how to solve it, even though it had nothing to do with their app. You can tell they are committed to the success of the app and want to solve any issues that come up as quickly as possible. It's a real pleasure to find real humans behind these tools!

Fronzee app has been our number 1 app for our shopify plus store. To sum up: Customer service: Super helpful and prompt. Costumer login page: Now it looks super professional, even better than Amazon : ) Similar shopify apps are not good in terms of design and solutions. Social login with google: This streamlines customer's login to our store. It is super good especially Google's native login prompt. More login better recommendation for customers. Whislist: So far the best Wishlist app that has an amazing design, lots of reminders (e.g. stock and price alert with free email) Translation: They work perfectly for our locale. Custom forms: It is incredible feature where we collect customer profile and save them as a customer meta data to reuse.

Support is extremely quick and responsive. They were able to provide custom requests that we had at no extra charge. Very great at what they do and appreciate the promptness!!

Absolutely terrific app, and we couldn't be happier about both the support and end result that Customer Accounts Concierge has brought. The support team went above and beyond in answering all of our queries, and customization requests to make our accounts page both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It really does change the dynamic of our sites, and along with the many available interations, has the potential to transform the user experience on any site. Given the very fair pricing, I'd say it's one of the best value apps that we've installed so far, and looking forward to further updates and possibilities!

absolut super app to make the Cusomer account looks beautiful. Also i needed Some HElp from Support, becaus i had a html coded Downloadbutton from my Downloadapp (LDT Digital downloads) which was away, when i activated the Account app. I got so fast help, they asked me for the Html Code and integrated it for me, so now i could have both: a good looking customer account and also my needed Downloadlinks :) absolut super support, they're helping for individual reasons is special :)

The response from your team was not only prompt but also highly effective. The suggestion to use another selector to install the widget resolved the issue, and we are pleased with the quick turnaround.

The app can win medals for all the best achievements: 1) Best customer portal UX and design 2) Absolutely BEST ever support - the guys are so responsive, friendly and they are open to help with any requests, customisation if needed. They respond very quickly. Thank you so much!!! 3) Huge amount of integrations and new ways to improve your customer experience, high flexibility. 4) It's easy to set up and a pleasure to use! Now we are eager to change our second store's app to Customer Account Concierge, the specific was that we need to support subscription and guys provided a choice of compatible subscription apps! Amazing! Honestly, the best app I've found in this niche!

We are trying to reduce the amount of time we spend on managing customer account information, and had been looking for a way to help our customers better access their own passwords, addresses and specific information about their accounts. The Froonze team have been so responsive to our initial questions, and very helpful in implementing refinements to how the app displays information that is particular to our customers. The app itself is a fantastic addition to our store, and will help our customers to better manage their account details, so that they don’t have to wait for us to do it on their behalf. We love that this app can easily show specialized pages to customers with a certain tag, and how it works with metafields. Thanks so much for all your help, Max!
