It was a pleasure speaking with the staff at Appikon. They provided exceptional customer service. We've been looking for a user-friendly app that will allow us to set up back-in-stock notifications. We reviewed several, however, they were very difficult to set up. This app by far is the best in the market. We were so pleased that we added their pre-order app which is also amazing. We are very excited about our choice!

Appikon is an app I installed on my Shopify store a few days ago. The app itself is easy to install and their support is super quick and helpful. The Notify button appeared in a wrong place on the site and Abuzar from their support team fixed this in seconds. I am very happy with it.

Encounter problems, the customer service will help solve them. functions that the plug-in does not have, they will also actively offer to join the next plan, which is great!

EXCELLENT customer service, immediately replies when I couldn't figure something out. This app is just fantastic and makes it so easier to let customers know when something is out of stock. A+++++++++++

Great way to know what is still in demand. I needed assistance getting configured and Satendra quickly helped me and offered changes I didn't know to ask for.

We are very happy with this app. One of the best investment as it really works and brings extra turnover thanks to automatic system of notifications. Also guys on chat are very quick and helpful and always find a solution or answers to our inquiries. :)

Excellent! I required help installing this app on our theme and Shikha was so quick and helpful. Received our very first customer sign up within minutes of this app being installed. I'm looking forward to seeing how it can help us win potentially lost sales.
