This app is great for scaling businesses that are struggling to stay in stock. Before integrating this app I had trouble keeping track of customers who wanted to buy my products that were sold out, now as soon as I'm back in stock the sales come in by themselves. Very easy to use and the customer support team has always been quick to assist me when I have any questions. Definitely a must have app in my opinion.

Funktioniert einwandfrei! Wenn es ein Problem gibt, hilft der Kundenservice schnell weiter und sorgt für eine schnelle und gute Lösung. Wir empfehlen die App sehr gerne weiter! :)

The app is good when it works, it's been over a month and my issue is still not fixed after been assured it was going to be fixed. The communication from this company is woeful, I have to constantly chase them up and still no update. Look at other 1 star reviews to see similar issues. Off to Shopify to put in a complaint.

Worked fine for a while, then stopped sending emails when items came back in stock. Support said they were "working on it" a few days ago, and nothing has been fixed and there were no follow-ups since. This is messing my store and production schedule up, so I had to delete the app and go to another. Very disappointed.

Abuzar was excellent at helping me sort out my Shopify theme integration. It was completed fast and automatically applied to all out-of-stock products. I went through the email and notification buttons and personalised these bits myself. Thank you for such fast and excellent customer service! Very impressed with the free package!

Easy set up, fairly straight forward. I set up everything in less than 5 minutes. Messaged chat to add a function on and they got back to me promptly.

We use this app on one of our site already and this is the second website we are using this app on. The support we get is just awesome. This time Satendra help us set it up and he just nailed it by getting everything on there as we asked for. If you are looking for a Back in Stock app this is it. The app is awesome, support is awesome and also very budget friendly plus you can try with a starter option which sends up to 300 notification for FREE!

Support team are great and quick to assist with any issues. We came across a small issue with notifications not sending on time as expected and the team were quick to resolve the issue for us. Great level of service and problem resolved swiftly. Other points, the app is simple to use and is already proving to be a great tool for any size of store.

Great app. Makes it so simple to make changes and love that it works with Klaviyo! Also their customer service is amazing!

Works well and customer support is helpful and usually responds very quickly. **UPDATE** Unfortunately, we had to switch to a different app. The notify button kept randomly disappearing from our pages. After several attempts to fix the issue, support said the app doesn't work with GEMpages landing page builder. Not sure why the two would affect each other, since BackinStock functions on the product pages, not the landing pages. Support said there wasn't a fix, so we had no choice but to find an alternative.

The app has helped give me a lot of insight into knowing the demand on out of stock items, and also greatly increase sales once items are available again. Also they're customer service is great. Fast response times and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this app.

Amazing when it works, awful when it doesn't. Reached out to support to ask them to fix my restock notifications not rolling out and only had one response from them over the course of a week. They didn't fix the issue for a week and barely communicated with me. Previous to this I wouldn't have faulted the app but the lack of customer support really disappointed me. I know things go wrong sometimes, but communication would have made all of the difference.
