I downloaded the app to be able to notify my customers for my sold out stock, and this app is a real helper. I can not think anyone don't need this app, and the support was amazing, they will reply in minutes, and they helped with everything. highly recommended

Just downloaded today, so far so good! Abuzar was able to help me right away with any problems I had.

Great support. Was able to get back up and running quickly and let our customers know that we have items back in stock.

App started sending out back in stock alerts randomly, and whenever I would edit a product range, all items even ones not available would trigger. I brought this up with support and at first the agent (Zia) had the nerve to say that I had done something wrong, then when I corrected him I didnt get a reponse for 4 days. When I followed up again and was put back through to Zia from another agent I was told it was in the dev pipeline (like I was somehow just supposed to know this) when I asked for at eta he went radio silent again. I am not going to pay 30usd a month for this glitchy app and terrible customer service. peace.

After i installed the app, there were some placement challenges i had with the button. I chatted with support and they were able to help me within minutes. Now, the button is placed exactly where i need it and they customized the experience per my request. Very responsive and talented team.

Great feature if your theme does not offer natively, works well and easy to set up. I would recommend to any start up small business with inventory issues.

An amazing quick solution that drives additional sales if you're running out of stock often. Though, for maximum conversions, I would suggest integrating it with an Email Marketing tool to send emails from there. This way you can optimize them for both deliverability and conversions.

We've hit 100% of our SMS limit but only 32% of our email limit; however, our emails are not sending as well. Support team has not resolved the issue for more than a week already.

So far so good! Everything was fairly intuitive to setup and the customer service was great. Our Shopify theme was not listed as compatible but the support team quickly checked it out and made it work perfectly.
