We've used this app for over 6 months now and driven a good amount of purchases through the app. Customer service is responsive and very willing to help. It's a no-brainer if your store frequently goes out of stock.

Not only Sourabh fixed the glitch we were experiencing but looked into an area where we never noticed and offered help! *He changed the default country code for SMS notifications from USA to Hong Kong. We use this app to help notify our customers when our sold out products are back in stock.
