Tried 2 other back in stock apps before I found this one. This one has a more polished look and runs better too. Needed help with adding the In-line Form and removing the already Notify Me button from our theme and Abuzar from Back In Stock-Restock Alerts fixed both through chat quickly. The customer service is awesome!

Back in stock is well-engineered and filled to the brim with useful features. The support staff over chat are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They answered all of my installation questions and even helped to some special customization for me as soon as I requested it. It's difficult to find such a well-made app on the Shopify App Store, so I highly recommend you go with them!

Ich benutze die App seit über einem Jahr. Bis jetzt hat sie mir echt gut gefallen. Die Kunden tragen sich auch gerne dort ein um Benachrichtigt zu werde, falls das Produkt wieder auf Lager ist. Ich habe ein neues Thema Installiert, dort wurde es nicht richtig angezeigt. Ich habe den Live Support Kontaktiert. Innerhalb 3 Minuten war das Problem gelöst! Sogar wurde eine kleine Optische Änderung angepasst. Vielen Dank!

Eine wirklich einfach App die aber einen super großen Hebel darstellt. Für den Fall das etwas mal nicht läuft hat man einen echten Blitz Support der sich sehr professionell kümmert.

I had a question about fixing the button width on my product pages and Abuzar was able to fix it with minimal effort from me! All he needed was a url link to an out-of-stock item. His help was super quick and fixed exactly what I needed help with! 10/10 recommend!

This app has been a game changer when it comes to contacting our customers with out stock notifications. Customers really love the option to choose their preferred method of being notified between SMS or email. On top of that, customer support is quick and very reliable. GREAT APP!
