This app has been amazing for our company! We are able to have people sign up for an item that we are in the process of making, or an item that is out of stock. Once the item arrives, we generate a lot of sales from this app! Customer service is excellent; they are very quick to get back to you and help with any issues or questions. Would highly recommend this app.

App is great, but it would be nice to have an automatic email or SMS deploy to let customers know they successfully signed up. Other than that, pretty great!

10/10. Back In Stock integrated seamlessly into my store. The minimal issues that we saw were quickly adjusted by the amazing customer support team. Our sales have skyrocketed after installing Back In Stock. No better restock app then Back In Stock!

Its the best app so far on shopify for back in stock feature. Exactly as described. Support team was amazing. Quick, cooperative and very responsive. Installation process was very easy and they supported the whole process. Highly recommended

Great easy to use app. Online chat support is great. I had them assist with a few things post a transfer to shopify 2.0 - and everything was rectified nice and quickly and easily. Nothing was a bother. Highly recommend.

This is a very promising app with features we can really see as valuable in pre-customer engagement, selling and conversion of our limited edition, short run product range at STABLE of Ireland. It has taken a bit of time to optimize it but I am impressed at the support from the team behind it too.

So far so good. Just installed the app minutes ago. It's able to do what I need it to -- give people a way to signup for restocking alerts. Had a few minutes worth of chat time with support. Very helpful. Answered questions succinctly. Was hoping the app could also direct people to message us directly thru FB Messenger but that's not available yet. That's the only reason I didn't rate it a 5. But let's see! Hopefully the next few days proves good.

This app is one of the best apps for a retail websites, especially during the pandemic, supply chains have become increasingly hectic, delays in shipments can lead to stock outs unless you have a healthy amount of inventory on hand. For us we have had several products run out of stock. Back in stock alerts has been so amazing. It allows our customers to sign up for notifications once a product does come back as available and can notify our customer in order of who requested first. We can tell when items come back in stock as we receive a big influx of orders as customers get notified of these items coming back in stock. This app has easily paid itself off and will for any others who use it. Highly Recommended!
