I just downloaded it but so far, so good. The support team is great and responsive. It does everything that it needs to and I love the ability to use SMS/Text as well as facebook messenger.

EDIT: 2022: App stopped sending emails. No response from developers. Changing to another app. PREVIOUS REVIEW 2021: This app is awesome and the support is even better! Installed the app and it worked instantly. I reached out to the support asking how I customise the appearance and they did it all of me in under 5 mins. Incredible!

Easy to set up and use. Also, great customer service. Minor problems were solved really quickly. One of the quickest customer service we have received so far.

HUGE shout out to the Back In Stock team for building this game changing app for emerging companies like ours, which sometimes has to face the challenge of out of stock inventory (major bummer). Rather than lose out on the ability to engage with customers when we get inventory back in stock, this app successfully allows us to notify customers the minute we get inventory back in stock which has resulted in a tremendous amount of additional sales for our business. A completely fuss-free app that does what we want to do without all the added bells and whistles of other apps. Excellent customer support, too! They always reply instantly and all our issues get fixed super quickly.

I really like this app. At one point we were growing to fast to be able to use it, things would sell out before customers got the alerts but now that we have caught up production with demand it's very useful and leads to extra sales.

I use this app with for it's very basic functions. The integration is great, the notification clarity is clear as day and I love the analytic dashboard it provides. Support is awesome. They're there via chat and answer immediately during my working hours, so I'm able to resolve issues quickly and move on. Eventually, I'll roll this program out on other sites and look to upgrade to their more inclusive plans. Definitely worth the investment.
