I had a very basic question regarding the notifications as this was a newer app that we added to our store and they were quick to answer and give more details for us to fully understand what we were paying for. I would recommend this app to anyone!

Love this app! We have been using this app for a while now and it is invaluable to us. The customer service is excellent. They just helped us fix an issue. Speedy and fixed it! We have seen great response from customers who otherwise may not have purchased, coming back to purchase after being notified that a product is back in stock. Highly recommend.

I've had this app for quite some time - maybe 1.5 years? Any time there has been an issue after updating my theme, their customer service response is prompt, friendly, and always results in a fix. I honestly never write reviews for apps, but this one is worth it.

I just downloaded it but so far, so good. The support team is great and responsive. It does everything that it needs to and I love the ability to use SMS/Text as well as facebook messenger.

EDIT: 2022: App stopped sending emails. No response from developers. Changing to another app. PREVIOUS REVIEW 2021: This app is awesome and the support is even better! Installed the app and it worked instantly. I reached out to the support asking how I customise the appearance and they did it all of me in under 5 mins. Incredible!

HUGE shout out to the Back In Stock team for building this game changing app for emerging companies like ours, which sometimes has to face the challenge of out of stock inventory (major bummer).
