We have installed the app today after a bit of research. This app has the benefit of searching products by name and sort by time as well - which is excellent and very useful in determining stock levels. Sourabh from cus service has been amazing! and very accommodating in all our requests to integrate the app with our theme. From what we can tell this app will suit our needs perfectly and we look forward to keeping in touch with our customers

This app is so valuable to our store. We like to alert customers of up coming new releases, so people sign up to be "notified". We can easily view in this app, how many people are interested in the up coming release, which gives us confidence in our ordering. Helps us limit over ordering, and customers are happy as they get notified instantly when stock is in stock. Helps with sales and moving stock quickly. Fantastic App

Honestly the best customer service I have experienced on Shopify Apps. You can chat to a team member in real time, and they're able to instantly apply any requests that you might have. In terms of the app's service, its fully customisable from the 'join waitlist' button all the way through to the email notification for stock arrival. Awesome. Love it.

On the first day of trial and tried to integrate the button into my custom theme but was not successful. Contacted online support and got a response from Sourabh within 1 min. Then they helped to manually insert the button and tailor that to our store theme fonts within a few mins. Definitely deserve a 5-star review!

Is the best back in stock application around, easy to integrate within any theme. The cool thing is that you need no integration with other SMS platform, you just pay your monthly bill to them and don't need to take care of other bills. Oh... and the support is super!

This app integrates perfectly into our theme. At first we had trouble installing it however customer service was very quick to help out! This is way more convenient than manually emailing each customer!

Great app for restock notices. Love the free option. Only criticism is that I wish there was a plan between the 10-300 ranges.
