I'm using this application on 2 store, since more than 2 years for the first one. It works like a charm and it is waaay better and convenient than the few other similar applications that offers both SMS and email notifications. Definitely a must have app in any theme. Way to go guys!

We use this app on our store to help us notify our customers on news and restocked items either by mail or text. We really like how it boosts our sales without having to market it on Social media och newsletters as much, especially on our coming soon items where our customers are able to sign up for upcoming news and get notified before everyone else. It would be nice if the customers also got a confirmation email when signing up like "Subscription confirmation for waiting list". In the product report we want to be able to export CSV files of only 1 product at a time as well. For example on a specific jacket to see total order amount of that jacket and total ordered sizes and notifications of that jacket because right now we are only able to export a total list of all products. Would be great if we also could export a specific collection for example all products tagged with FW21 (fall/winter21).

Okayyyyy blown away by this app! Personalized support in the middle of the night, custom coding things for me. this app is awesome and with the best customer support! It's going to bring a lot of extra revenue in from lost out of stock sales too. Really excited about it! Way prettier and better easier to use interface than the competitors (I download several similar apps and this one seems way better than the others) UPDATE: I've used this app for years and they've gotten better customer service too, and they're willing to do the work for you in getting everything custom coded to look good on your website. We have a high end brand so I needed everything to look really good, and they gave me the attention needed to make sure that everything is set up well.

This app is so valuable to our store. We like to alert customers of up coming new releases, so people sign up to be "notified". We can easily view in this app, how many people are interested in the up coming release, which gives us confidence in our ordering. Helps us limit over ordering, and customers are happy as they get notified instantly when stock is in stock. Helps with sales and moving stock quickly. Fantastic App

Honestly the best customer service I have experienced on Shopify Apps. You can chat to a team member in real time, and they're able to instantly apply any requests that you might have. In terms of the app's service, its fully customisable from the 'join waitlist' button all the way through to the email notification for stock arrival. Awesome. Love it.

On the first day of trial and tried to integrate the button into my custom theme but was not successful. Contacted online support and got a response from Sourabh within 1 min. Then they helped to manually insert the button and tailor that to our store theme fonts within a few mins. Definitely deserve a 5-star review!

Is the best back in stock application around, easy to integrate within any theme. The cool thing is that you need no integration with other SMS platform, you just pay your monthly bill to them and don't need to take care of other bills. Oh... and the support is super!
