Fast to install. Support was available as soon as I added the app. They made some recommendations to better integrate with my website and solved my needs in less than 5 min.

Setup was fast and it seems to be working right out of the box. Had a random question for support and they got back to me in minutes.

This is helping me a ton manage customers who want to buy stuff so my customer service team does not have to tell them when stuff is back in stock, also when I request help the developers answer me right away and fix it immediately and troubleshoot any problem i have. This is also extremely helpful when i run out of certain sizes and people get notified when they are back in stock too.

I installed it in 5 mins. Online support is helpful. I like the "Buy Now" on the notification email.

So far this app has been great! Tech support has been quick to respond and super helpful! I would suggest this app!

I am just starting to use this app. I had some questions and the customer service was fast and helpful with answering my questions. We had multiple people already sign up to be notified, and will update the review when the products go active. Update: The app has been very helpful and brought in sales. Our customers are able to know asap when a sought after product is back in stock or available to pre-order. We recently moved themes, and the customer service was very helpful in the update.

Excellent app with easy setup. The free version does everything we need it to and we're now upgrading to the paid version to take advantage of SMS which has had the best conversions period! Support is great and helped us many times when we had some complex questions. 10/10
