We wanted to switch from another app, and had a few questions in advance about the move, and importing the data from the other app. All questions were answered within a few minutes, and the data was imported. We had to make a few changes to our template, which was also implemented within a few minutes. Everything is now working fine and looks fantastic. This app does exactly what you would expect from a Restock Alert App. I haven't yet found something I wanted to do that this app could not. It's also really reasonably priced, something that's really valuable nowadays with all the super expensive apps popping everywhere. Customer Support is also super responsive and friendly. I only have great things to say about this app.

This app worked really well when we first installed it, but now it does not function as it should. Notifications are not being sent, and though we have begged for help to fix numerous times over the last 2 months, support staff are very unresponsive and unhelpful.

Very happy with how simply and intuatively the app works. Have been looking for a similar solution for ages and I can say I am very happy with this one. We have used this app for quite a while and it is perfect for letting customers know when an item they have been looking for is back in stock. We changed to a new theme and the app wasn't showing up. We contacted the developers and within 15 minutes it was all back up and working. We highly recommend this app if you are looking for a back in stock notification app.

I contacted support to help me set up my back in stock notifications because I did not see my specific theme. They were very helpful and EXTREMELY FAST. It only took them max 5 minutes to respond to me and they had the notification set up on my site within minutes as well. Highly recommend, if you need any assistance.

Just started using this app and straight away loved it! The out of notification box seamlessly fit into my theme style and looks fantastic! The team is also amazing, i had two different notify me buttons showing (but i didn't realise) so they messaged me and removed the other one for me! Perfect service! Couldn't fault it. 100% recommend

I tried this app for 30 days. I did not get one sale from any back in stock emails that were sent. I repeatedly found inconsistencies in the dashboard and the reports of emails sent. When I tested it myself, sometimes I would get the back in stock email, sometimes not. Every time I brought these issues to the support staff, their standard answer was "our app is doing what it's supposed to do". That being said, I got $0 sales using this app. I will try another back in stock app.
