This is a great app easy to install and use. It allows us to recoup potential lost sales. The support team are very friendly and efficient, and I received a very quick reply on every question, I highly recommend !

This app has been great to use so far. There are so many features giving the customers different options to receive a back-in-stock notification with Facebook, email, or SMS. They give you a lot of control over the appearance of the button and the pop-up itself and where it is on the site. I do also like the weekly emails that you get letting you know how much you have made from it. Great product, I would recommend.

Really appreciate the help Zia provided (answering questions & live integration) from installing the plugin to the nitty gritty steps taken after that. Definitely looking to upgrade once the free trial is over!

Excellent app with easy setup. The free version does everything we need it to and we're now upgrading to the paid version to take advantage of SMS which has had the best conversions period! Support is great and helped us many times when we had some complex questions. 10/10

This app is just what I am looking for to capture customer emails and let them know when an item is back in stock. Hasti helped me set up and customize the app for my website - with corresponding colors and fonts. Excellent customer service.

I am using Back In Stock for more than a year. Works fantastic! Never had an issue. Is a real customer service add on. Tech support is very responsive, fast & efficient. Turn around time for requests beat all expectations. I recommend it for all....

This app seems to be one of the best all-round solutions, super easy to implement (didn't even need to get in touch with our developers!) and the app support helped with a final bit of the setup and had it sorted within seconds of me getting in touch. We wanted to switch from another app, and had a few questions in advance about the move, and importing the data from the other app. All questions were answered within a few minutes, and the data was imported. We had to make a few changes to our template, which was also implemented within a few minutes. Everything is now working fine and looks fantastic. I can only recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a good way to inform their customers about available products. Thanks for the great support, Zia.

This app does exactly what you would expect from a Restock Alert App. I haven't yet found something I wanted to do that this app could not. It's also really reasonably priced, something that's really valuable nowadays with all the super expensive apps popping everywhere. Customer Support is also super responsive and friendly. I only have great things to say about this app.

This app worked really well when we first installed it, but now it does not function as it should. Notifications are not being sent, and though we have begged for help to fix numerous times over the last 2 months, support staff are very unresponsive and unhelpful.

Very happy with how simply and intuatively the app works. Have been looking for a similar solution for ages and I can say I am very happy with this one. The app picked up my theme in no time and had a seamless onboarding experience. Cheers to the support team as they helped with the onboarding too. Highly recommend!!

We have used this app for quite a while and it is perfect for letting customers know when an item they have been looking for is back in stock. We changed to a new theme and the app wasn't showing up. We contacted the developers and within 15 minutes it was all back up and working. We highly recommend this app if you are looking for a back in stock notification app.
