2 days into using this app and it was exactly what my store had been missing. I had a small user error and within minutes of sending a help message they were on it and helping me fix my issue. They also made adjustments to make sure that it was customer friendly for my shoppers. As a small business owner it was nice to work with a company that cared and wanted to help make my job easier. 5 stars all day long!!

Initial setup was really easy. It can do texts (per text fee), email, and Facebook messenger notifications. Support was immediately available to clean up the integration as far as button location and text. I was able to test it almost immediately. I haven't gotten to see customer response yet, but this was something my customers wanted.

For a basic back in stock feature this app works really well. Their support response is super fast. However, if it comes to some more advanced layout/styling of e-mails it is a bit limited.

Outstanding customer support! Our store has yet to launch so the jury is out as far as the functionality of the app but we are confident the developer has our back gif we run into issues! I would 100% recommend this app!

We had another store and now we're moving to a new one so I downloaded this again. As someone who's looked at other back in stock type apps - this remains the best. Incredibly fast help from Zia/customer support. Made the button perfect and helped with whatever other questions we had. It works great, they match your UI to a 'T' and I highly recommend!

Fantastic service from the Appikon team. Customisations were requested to the look of the Back In Stock inline form. These were completed very quickly, with great communication and no fuss to achieve the look we were after. The App itself was easy to install and configure. Highly recommended.

Amazing app and works really great.
