I VERY rarely leave reviews but I just had too here. Abuzar helped me with some styling issues I was having and he was swift and got it done in 5 minutes completely FOC. He was polite and understanding of what I wanted. I believe they are just a small team and every little review helps. The app itself is brilliant and the customer service afterwards is outstanding! Great job guys!

Best support and application. Signed up for this app for this app and within seconds Shikha on their development and support team was able to assist me with the best service I've ever had. Highly recommend and testing is working flawlessly!

I installed their App this week with little issues. I did require some tech support which they addressed immediately. The only suggestion I would make is that their alerts and countdown clock should be visible on the home page of my site so the shopper doesnt have to select a product to learn that it is out of stock. All my goods were out of stock. But super nice fit to my store.

This is definitely the app I needed to notify customer of simple restocks. Support was SO helpful in setting up different things and very responsive. The only criticism was the super limited free plan, which would be ideal to test the app/for start-ups. That being said, as I mentioned, the app works GREAT!

Really nice app and does exactly what I need, and the support was super. They did the small modifications and now it's a perfect fit for our shop. I like that it has integrations to PageFly and Mailchimp too.

Wanted to wait until we had a product restock before leaving a review. So far the app does what it promises to do. Lots of options to customize and make the widget your own. Customer service is super responsive and extremely helpful :)

Love it. It's simple for the customer to sign up and helpdesk was on hand with any questions I may have had. Any issues, help desk were diligent and persisted until the problem was fixed.

I've been using Back in Stock for the past few months and it's been a great experience. My store often has items that sell out and restock, so it's a great and convenient way to keep my customers updated automatically! As soon as I replenish my inventory count my customers receive a notification - which ticks one duty off my list. The notifications are also customizable, so you can customize your email template and back in stock button on your product page to suit your website colours/style, which I really appreciate. Lastly, the support function within the app is extremely fast and the guys are always available to answer my questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!

We use this app for both of our Shopify stores. It's so useful for our customer services team to be able to automate back in stock emails. The developers who run this app are very, very quick to respond, are always super helpful and get things done efficiently. 100% recommend.
