A simple, user friendly app. I had some troubles with installing but they were very helpful and solved everything.

We have been using a (separate) pre-order app for capturing out of stock orders, but it has limitations. This Back in Stock app filled in those areas, as not everyone wants to be locked into a pre-order purchase. It was very easy to setup and integrated seamless with our store. We had one occurance recently where a customer got a restock notification, but the variant was not back in stock yet. We contacted customer support, whom responded within 5 minutes with enthusiasm to assist us. They were very gracious in handling our issue and resolving it quickly as possible. Very pleased with the app and their support.

This app is very user friendly and saves us hours trying to track down customers about restocks. They also have a live chat and respond quickly to questions/issues. Highly recommend!

This app has been a GAME CHANGER for my website, helping to drive more sales! Our products often sell out fast and we work hard to also restock quickly but this app provides our customers with INSTANT notification! Customer service was very helpful and promt. I like the delivery policy which allows you to throttle notifications, preventing spamming too many customers with notifications. Thanks!

We're loving this app! Customer support was amazing at replying (in under 5 minutes!) to our live chat. It has helped reduce customer e-mails on our end, as the app takes care of letting people know when something is back in stock.

Good app - we needed to be able to separate inventory by warehouse which this allowed us to do! Would be good to see unsubscribe rate though.

Great app! I had some questions about installation and the team was very responsive....probably the fastest I've seen with any app. We have quite a few products coming in and out of stock and I've had customers asking for this so it was long past time to do something.
