So far, so good! We have only been using the app for a couple of weeks. We've had some issues with notifications not going through. Customer service has been very helpful and informative with any issues.

Easy setup and our products get sold out a lot so our customers use it a lot for their favorite products. They also have a great support team and very quick to respond to any issues. Highly recommended.

This app is incredibly easy to install, is intuitive to use, looks great on our site and sends instant email alerts when we restock sizing. The biggest plus though is that their customer service is absolutely amazing. Instant response to questions and help setting it all up. Yash in particular was beyond amazing at helping me with the SMS set up. FYI - the email alerts send right away but the SMS can take some time plus they cost $0.05 per text. I opted to just do email alerts to save money and make availability instant for guests. It works so well I am beyond impressed with this app.

Love the product! Their customer service is incredible. We have integrated email notifications for out-of-stock items and enabled pre-orders. So important!

Needed the app for back-orders. worked well. no longer need it but would get it again if we back up again. Customer Service uninstalled the code for me.

This APP has helped my brand grow in sales and customer service. The support is top-notch. The convenience, customization, and ease of use is remarkable. So far this app has been amazing! Works like it says it does, we were able to customize the look of buttons and messages to match our branding, and the customer service provided by Yash was amazing! He was quick to answer our questions and patient with all our requests to get the look just right. I highly recommend this app!

Easy to install and setup. First rate customer service with fast response times via chat. Love that it shows which notifications converted to a purchase.
