We have been very pleased with this app. It integrates well with our theme and keeps us up to date on the products needing restock. Customer support is responsive and fast.

Customer service is amazing. I've only had the actual app installed for a few days, but I had a problem with the placement of the "Notify Me When Available" button. I contacted support on a Sunday through their chat. Spoke with someone within 5 minutes of contacting them, and within 10 minutes, they had the issue fixed. Hasti was professional & extremely helpful.

Brilliant app - just what I needed for my small shopify website - didn't want to pay for a plan just yet as I'm still quite a small outfit - customer service second to none - very fast response and sorted my minor issue quickly and effortlessly - highly recommend!

This app has helped us stay in touch with our customers especially during high demand times during the Holiday season. Satendra was incredibly helpful also when I asked for a small tweak on the back end. Definitely recommend!

I use this app to help notify customers when items are back in stock. I like the flexibility of being able to turn the app on and off and the option to limit the number of notifications only to the amount of inventory added. The customer service chat responds in a timely manner as well.

I love that it automatically sends an email or text to the customer when something is back in stock. The customer support for this app are SO helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

This app is really useful for my prelaunch products to gather information on what products and variants customers are interested in. Their customer support is fantastic! The only complaint is that a lot of features and customization are not available until you get the enterprise/premium plan.

It's great app to keep customers back when you have item back in stock. We use to do back-orders but due supply issue we stopped. E-mail notifications are much better.

I used this app to give the opportunity to my customers to send them a notification mail when some products are not available at the moment but will be soon. The support team is great. Abuzar was there for helping me to set up the app and change some individual parts. great job!

We use this app for our popular sold out items and since using the app we have noticed an increase in sales once we restock an item. We are also able to monitor items and see which item has a large demand for notify me emails and then know to adjust the inventory. We have also found the customer service to be very helpful and speedy in their replies.
