Not the most user-friendly app. For each person that opts out, you have to manually remove their phone number. When I asked customer service for help, like can I make removal automatic I got completely absurd responses that didn't have anything to do with what I was saying.

The app was quick to integrate on our site. We had a few issues with the button not being correctly sized. The APPIKON team was quick to respond on their chat support. They made all of the corrections we asked for very quickly. We are very pleased with their service and the app!

Customer service is fast and very easy to deal with. It took 10 minutes to fix an issue ! The app help gives us additionnal revenue with almost no efforts. We're using the standard plan and we are really happy so far.

This app was great and fulfilled our needs of having an option to let customers be notified when an out of stock product is back in stock. Above all, their customer service is amazing and super helpful! Always there to help you out and very patient and hard-working. Highly recommend!

This app prevents missed sales. The aftercare service is excellent, and the chat response is quick and solves problems.

This app is such an easy way to automate back in stock notifications. Easy sales as soon as you get items back in stock. Love it! Support is very attentive and responds right away; they helped me troubleshoot when we couldn't determine if it was the app acting funny, or my theme.

We tried several apps for restock alerts and this was the best of them all. It is simple to use and works very well. We had a few problems with the coding and stuff but support was super helpful and very quick in their replies and fixes. I would recommend it!

I really like this app because it gets the job done and the price tiering is very fair. Initially, the app was not working but I really appreciated the immediate responses and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. In addition, the features are just about right and what customers need. They also have a voting system where you can leave your feedback for new features and they are constantly adding new features to meet everyone's needs. A+++

Great customer service, so simple to install. Highly recommend! I installed the app so people would stop inquiring our customer service everyday about certain out of stock items. This makes it a lot easier and helpful for them.

Installed to help keep customers up to date with fast moving product lines in these difficult times. Our Shopify template wasnt recognised automatically in the setup but one ping to support was answered instantly and within 5 minutes they had implemented and styled to our website. Cant fault that. Time will tell how it copes with big mailouts when we have more signups , but certainly seems very professional and interface clean and easy to understand.

When I just updated my theme, I had reached out to add their back in stock alerts feature into my new store. Albuzar responded in under 2 minutes and quickly added the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button to my product pages and updated it as per my request. He was very fast, efficient and kind.
