Absolutely essential app for shopify stores if you don't want to lose sales because of temporary out of stock of certain products. Very responsive support and documentation.

I had previously used a different version of the back in stock app, which was more expensive and had less features. I installed this application and it allowed me to notify more customers in many more ways than the previous alternative. I would definitely recommend. Simple to setup and good support team too. Our customers want to know what we know about timing of when items will back in stock. This app very useful and easy to set up with important features. Customers have shared that they appreciate getting alerted when the products they want are available again. The front-end app integrated easily into our Shopify site, and the backend dashboard is functional and easy to navigate. When we ran into any issues, support was there to identify the issue & fix it rapidly.

This is an absolutely amazing app. Setting up and matching our themes styling was easy. Highly recommend. The support from the team has been very responsive and they were able to assist in tidying the app up within the trial period. Via the stock alerts sent during the trial period the app has already paid for itself.

Implementation was incredibly easy and i'm super impressed with the customer service. It does what it's supposed to reliably. We have had a couple problems pop up and the Back In Stock team has always replied within a few minutes and diagnose and correct the problem for us which has never been their app. Rather than pass it off as "not their apps problem" like some other developers, they have dug in and helped multiple times. Great app, great service, great value. Keep it up!
