We have custom theme and were looking for an app that can add button to our theme without hassle. The team was able to add it within few hours.

Great app and great customer service. Paid plans are quite expensive but I really recommend it. Free plan is not bad but only sends up to 10 emails per month.

The front-end app integrated easily into our Shopify site, and the backend dashboard is functional and easy to navigate. When we ran into any issues, support was there to identify the issue & fix it rapidly.

I have tried a few different apps for the same purpose. This app works very well. The support team took care of everything. It was up and running very fast. Out of the options, this is the best app for sending back in stock notifications.

I am using the Starter Plan. Everything working well after contacting support for some tips and minor issue. Support is awesome and friendly and fixed issue quickly. 5 stars so far. :)

They have lot of integrations to work with. We were looking for click send integration and they were able to add it very fast. Great support. Keep it up team.

I had some issues with my notifications going out because I added a color to a variant. Customer service was very helpful and patient and resolved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend.

This is an absolutely amazing app. Setting up and matching our themes styling was easy. Highly recommend. The support from the team has been very responsive and they were able to assist in tidying the app up within the trial period. Via the stock alerts sent during the trial period the app has already paid for itself.

Implementation was incredibly easy and i'm super impressed with the customer service. It does what it's supposed to reliably. We have had a couple problems pop up and the Back In Stock team has always replied within a few minutes and diagnose and correct the problem for us which has never been their app. Rather than pass it off as "not their apps problem" like some other developers, they have dug in and helped multiple times. Great app, great service, great value. Keep it up!

We needed an out-of-stock app that was no fuss and easy to use. The Back in Stock app works well and the integrations are useful. We needed some customisation and Rajat & Rishabh were most helpful in getting it all sorted out for us.

Extremely easy to install and staff are very helpful. Highly recommended. I just wish that the trial was more than just 5 notifications so I could test it more features of it.

So far this app looks like one of the good ones. Install was easy, Dev was responsive as my theme was newer and support hadn't been built yet, it is now! Looking forward to our customers using this and seeing the response we get! Will update the review with more info as we experiecne it but so far I'm liking this experience.

This is a very user friendly app. Exactly what I was looking for. Although at the beginning, there was a glitch so the button didn’t appear on my product page, after contacting support desk, they really responded lightening fast! I will strongly recommend this app.
