I have been using the App for about a year and while the functionality works well there were a few appearance customisations I wanted to do to the signup form. I used Back In Stock Live Chat and received a response within 10 seconds! As I am not familiar with CSS Zia offered to do the alterations on my behalf as a gesture of goodwill and everything was completed within 5 minutes, with me at one end checking the amendments were to my liking. This is extremely good 5 star service, thank you again Zia.

This app is really very useful - we've already been able to win back sales in the 6-figure range. The response time for customer service is a joke. I have never had to wait more than 4-5 minutes - Clear recommendation.

I am really happy with this app, easy installation and realiable customer serivce. After a year we needed to do some adjustments and Sourabh was very helpful. We work with small inventories and refill the best sellers once we are sold out. Therefore being able to notify our customers that sold out products are back is essential. This app saved us hours of tedious work managing customer waiting lists. Definitely recommend.

Great app! And they could install it on my theme, while another app could not do it! The sales i got from the app are great. I also use it as a reservation tool. And it gives me an insight in what my customers are looking for. And its all automatic. No need to call customers anymore and administration and effort to keep up with things coming in for customers. Great app!

We have this app for months now and it's exactly doing what I wanted! Back in Stock is working perfectly, their customer service is insane, they really fix everything within few minutes or hours, They are super fast & personal. We spent lot of time finding the right app, but this one is one of the bests. We decided to upgrade to Starter and it's worth it. Appreciate your good work guys! Good job. :) I wish I could leave more reviews, as every time when there's a small thing to do, we can reach out to them and they are just super friendly, kind and smart!

Back in Stock does what it says it will do. The developers have been really responsive in getting the look of the button how we wanted it. We are still working out some of the details, but so far so good. Thanks! 7/20/20 - Just wanted to add another shoutout: Super helpful and responsive help desk. They have gone out of their way to make the app work for us. 8/16/22 - They continue to be very responsive when we have issues. We appreciate that. Thanks Abuzar for your help today! 4/3/23 - They do ask for a review at every interaction, but we have had quite a few, and they are always responsive and helpful.
