Been with this app for a couple of years now. Works fantastic, and gets customers engaged to help us lock sales. The analytics on the app are fantastic and so is their customer service! Special thanks to Abuzar who recently helped us out with getting the app back up on our site after a few issues we were having.

App is really awesome allowing customers to leave an inquiry for items that are out of stock. feature works great so far and functional, best part if there are technical issues the team responds somewhat quick and gets it resolved instantly

Works great. Love this app. Keeps all restock requests in centralized location. Had a small tech issue when updating my theme and support was absolutely superb. She hung in there with me until my issue was resolved. Definitely recommend.

I had an issue getting Appikon to work with our Shopify Plus store theme. I contacted Appikon support via chat. Almost immediately I heard from a very nice support person named Abuzar who provided assistance. The app was up in running on our store in less than 10 minutes! A+ support!!

This app works great and has helped us get lost sales since we are constantly going out of stock of our limited supplies of specialty coffee. Coffees go out of stock for a few weeks or months and a customer will get an email with this Back In Stock app so they can place an order. The support has also been great. We recently had an issue caused by our new theme but they fixed it immediately with just a contact. I highly recommend this app.
