I just installed this app, and can't wait to start seeing the increase in sales. I had some trouble getting the button to appear because of my theme's behavior. I reached out to customer service, and the responded quickly and were able to fix it in seconds. Now it works beautifully!

We use this app for our popular sold out items and since using the app we have noticed an increase in sales once we restock an item. We are also able to monitor items and see which item has a large demand for notify me emails and then know to adjust the inventory. We have also found the customer service to be very helpful and speedy in their replies.

I just started to use this app. Customer service is great!! they are helping me to do things I am not able to do. Their responses to each of my questions have been quick and helpful, which is greatly appreciated. The app is already working and I am sure it will be good for my online store.

I did not want to lose potential customers due to sold-out stock and decided to try a few of these apps that can encourage customers to stay engaged with my company as they wait for their desired item. This App was by far the best. The "Notify Me" me alert blended in with the existing theme the best and was the easiest to use when I went into the app to see a status. I also needed help at around 330am ET and Sourabh on the team helped me out, having my store ready to collect emails for our launch the next morning. It didn't integrate fully in a few variants but he fixed it then double-checked every variant in my store, just in case. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I use this app so everyone can know at any moment when a product is back in stock again. I love they can both receive e-mails and SMS. It works well and support team is nice.

I love this app, Hasti was the rep that helped me integrate my theme with this app. I contacted support within the app via chat and within 10mins, I was speaking to Hasti. She understood what I needed and helped me very quickly. She even suggested I upgrade so I can benefit more from the app to help my business. She was awesome. This app is very helpful for my store. This app has far more than paid for itself by capturing sales on out of stock items when they return to stock. Even when I was on the free plan, I got excellent tech support. Don't hesitate to give this a try.

After searching high and low on the app store for a suitable back in stock product that didn't break the bank we stumbled on this app and have found it to be fantastic. Easy to set up and the support team are very quick to respond and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

As always, awesome customer service with Appikon. They always take the time to answer all my questions, and do follow ups when needed. The app works great! They are also alway open to hear suggestions and to make improvements to their apps. With the free plan, it's a no brainer, I had to install it and my plan can grow with my business, which is perfect.

Great app. The free version is actually legitimate and you can use it to see how it works with limitations, but it's not useless out of the box. We've had it on one of our stores for a couple months, and we liked how it worked. Now we're going to be upgrading and making this tool a feature on our other brands' stores as well.

This App is great and so is the Customer Service. I am able to get answers quickly via their live Chat service. If you need a feature rich app to track and notify customers when Items are back in stock. I highly recommend this APP.
