We've been using this app with our Shopify store for a while now, but today was the first time I had to ask for assistance (which rarely happens because the app is pretty intuitive on its own). The person who helped me (Shikha) was amazing and took care of the issue for me! All I had to do was refresh the page and it was done. Incredibly helpful. Grateful to Appikon for making it easy! Awesome app and customer service! Abuzar got the customized integration installed for our particular Shopify theme within minutes since it wasn't available in the app's dropdown list by default. After doing some quick testing, we see that this functionality is going to be very helpful in tracking exactly which products customers have the most interest in. Having the ability for customers to receive back in stock notifications by email and/or SMS is the best feature. We will now be able to restock items more efficiently and avoid the purchase of excess inventory that will not move quickly.

Just installed this today, but it's already up and running and the support has been superb! Was easy to set up and install, their chat help was super responsive and able to answer all of my questions and help implement it quickly.
