Great service getting things working on an older theme! Easy to set up and configure! Love the idea that it can notify customers automatically when items are re-stocked.

People who registered their interest are not automatically synch with the Shopify contact list. I've asked a few questions to their CS team but they're not helpful.

We've been using this app with our Shopify store for a while now, but today was the first time I had to ask for assistance (which rarely happens because the app is pretty intuitive on its own). The person who helped me (Shikha) was amazing and took care of the issue for me! All I had to do was refresh the page and it was done. Incredibly helpful. Grateful to Appikon for making it easy! Highly recommend for the ease of use, as well as the kindness of their customer service team.

The support system for this app is fantastic. I was able to have my issue resolved at 9am on a Sunday morning (in Australia). Abuzar quickly identified my issue and had it sorted within minutes, which makes a huge impact on a small business. Thanks again!

Awesome app and customer service! Abuzar got the customized integration installed for our particular Shopify theme within minutes since it wasn't available in the app's dropdown list by default. After doing some quick testing, we see that this functionality is going to be very helpful in tracking exactly which products customers have the most interest in. Having the ability for customers to receive back in stock notifications by email and/or SMS is the best feature. We will now be able to restock items more efficiently and avoid the purchase of excess inventory that will not move quickly.
