Our experience with Custlo's support, particularly with Sunil, was extremely positive, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and dedication to ensuring our integration was successfully completed. Initially, Sunil was proactive in suggesting more stable alternatives (like Wishlist Hero and Wishlist Guru) when the original integration proved complex and potentially costly.

Excellent app. It allowed us to create a completely new customer dashboard that is far more functional, organized, and beautifully designed than the default Shopify account page. The support is outstanding very responsive and effective, and they quickly resolved an issue we had. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve the customer experience.

As per the details you mentioned, our app does not have any hidden charges, and we also do not charge anything for renaming fields. If you had any doubts regarding this, you could have contacted us directly. We actually tried reaching out to you multiple times about the setup, but unfortunately we did not receive any response from your side either. If you had contacted us once, we would definitely have helped you with the setup and clarified everything for you.
This App features all needed functionalities for integrated Customer accounts setup. Even if specific feature is not built in, support team is more than happy to assist for your every need. We were very delighted with support received from Darshan!
