Excellent app. It allowed us to create a completely new customer dashboard that is far more functional, organized, and beautifully designed than the default Shopify account page. The support is outstanding very responsive and effective, and they quickly resolved an issue we had. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve the customer experience.

As per the details you mentioned, our app does not have any hidden charges, and we also do not charge anything for renaming fields. If you had any doubts regarding this, you could have contacted us directly. We actually tried reaching out to you multiple times about the setup, but unfortunately we did not receive any response from your side either. If you had contacted us once, we would definitely have helped you with the setup and clarified everything for you.
This App features all needed functionalities for integrated Customer accounts setup. Even if specific feature is not built in, support team is more than happy to assist for your every need. We were very delighted with support received from Darshan!

Nice and useful app, support team help me a lot, they solve issues in a short time. The only downside is that the data entered by the customer according to the set fields cannot be exported as intermediary field information. Hopefully, this feature can be developed soon.
So far my experience has been good, easy to use, and I like that it's customizable in order to match with my website theme. I can choose which tab I want to show in the account information.
Had some issues, but they were solved thanks to a good customer support. I recommend the App.
It was a decent looking customer dashboard and it worked well for the first few days. I was using the free version and was considering switching to the Growth plan, but out of nowhere it stopped working and was back to the original customer dashboard. I contacted support, and they responded same day. They said they'd check the issue and see what they can do. Its been close to two weeks now and I had sent another message a week ago to see if they forgot or something but it seems they disregarded my issue and chosen not to respond. I will be uninstalling this app now and looking for another one with better customer support. While I am not sure how they treat their current customer base, I can say for a new customer like me, its been a displeasing experience, to say the least

I give this app 5 stars because it simplified everything for me. It is an excellent app and would recommend it to everyone.
Would not recommend. It does NOT pull in all the information from the original shopify dashboard. They want to charge me more money to pull in the information that is already included with the shopify dashboard. Look elsewhere. UPDATED Review: They did eventually do the correct coding / programming work to get all the information that Shopify pulls in to pull in with their app. They went from wanting to charge me $80, to wanting to "only" charge me $40, to then doing it for free. A little frustrating, but it did happen. Still not happy with how things went down. Still switching to a different app. Recommend going with someone else. the Thing they say is NOT default in Shopify is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

While Shopify does provide this feature by default on orders but not on account pages, our app currently doesn't include it in the same way.
