I have been using the basic version of Customer Pricing truly happy since one year. Due to channel expansion, I required to upgrade. I am especially impressed with Team Bold's speed of service. They had installed and tested the liquid code over night so that I could set prices and accept orders from new channel within 24 hours after making decision to upgrade the app.

Had a bit of trouble at first but after talking to Bold's support team I was able to get everything working properly; they were very helpful through the process. As far as the app goes, it works great, updates quickly and I love that you can set fixed prices as opposed to % discounts.

This App is extremely good. The Vape Specialists deal with both wholesale & retail customers on a daily basis. The Customer Pricing App allows us to have only one website which can be used by both wholesale & retail customers. Detailed pricing is perfect for us, we can adjust prices on individual products which is great as our wholesale prices do not have to be a fixed percentage of the retail price. This is without doubt a 5 star app & if we could offer a rating for customer service then we would rate it 6 stars. The Bold Apps team are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. We shall be monitoring all new App releases from Bold Apps & would recommend both the App & the company to everyone. www.thevapespecialists.co.uk

Fantastic App. Installed the app and asked for code to be professionally installed, couldn't believe it when I got an email the same evening saying it was done. Tested and it all works perfect. Thank you Brenden great job! If you need different people to see different prices then this is the App for you.

4 1/2 stars if we could. We love this app, it allows us a level of customization that is extremely valuable. There are only 2 reasons it isn't 5 stars; 1) No 24 hr support. 2) The process of having to pause the app, make changes and then resume it is a bit of a hassle.The more pricing levels and inventory you have the longer it takes to update.

I have to say that even though I ultimately could not afford the cost due to all the other necessary apps I had to install on my website, the support team via email were fantastic. They are quite an intelligent crew but I have to say the only thing that saved me from pulling my hair out when it came to set up were their You Tube videos. They did a great job by giving you instructions step by step. I would have given them a 5 star, but as I said, I just could not afford the monthly due to budget constraints.

app works great, there are a few things that it has issues with, such as complications with inventory apps, but not sure this can be avoided. you should pay the extra amount to have it installed correctly, I tried myself and got close but had some small errors. Customer service is great, harder to get a hold of them by email, but I was able to call and get my questions answered right away.

Very useful app. Setup was a bit tricky, might have gone for the $40 let them do it option if I had to do it again, but it works. And the $40 setup is a good deal.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Even worse than when I had to talk to someone in India to try and fix my Dell over the phone. They are there to sign you up and charge you and then boom! disappear. I've called and emailed at least 10 times over the last two weeks to get support and I only get a help desk reply that says "Your request (#40331) has been updated." Then nothing. No call, no email. I reply back asking them to call because when I call no one EVER answers the phone. Then a day or two later they send another automated message that says: "Our support team replied a few days back, and just checking in to see if you still had questions. If so, you can simply reply. If everything is good, you can ignore this message." Need a refresher? Here's the history of this support request: Save your money. I'm sure they will read this and reach out to me now!

BoldApps does it again with the customer pricing app. We installed this app at Vapor Jedi Electronic Cigarettes & Accessories to run wholesale and franchisee pricing accounts through our website to make a streamlined way for our wholesale customers and franchisees to place their product orders. We wanted them to be able to see their pricing on each product when they logged into their account and be able to place their orders and pay for their orders right there on the website without us needing to manually create or edit their orders to reflect their pricing. It was frustrating for them not to know what their total was going to be before their pricing was applied and we spent a lot of extra time adjusting their orders because of this. Bold Apps installed it for us, and everything is golden again at Vapor Jedi!
