The BoldApps Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific Pricing App has been just the thing I needed to take my Shopify store to the next level. I created pricing levels for wholesale buyers who contact the site directly, field salesmen, shops brought on board by the field salesmen and some member specific pricing. Everything seems to be running flawlessly thus far. I had the BoldApps Genius team install the Liquid code onto my website which saved me time and insured that everything was installed correctly. A complete bargain for the one time $40.00 fee it cost to have them do it. I am very happy with the Basic version and may be moving to the Pro version soon if everything continues to work out as they have so far. TXARGUY www.groundzeroprecision.com

Just started using this app and so far it works great! This app has allowed us to utilize Shopify as a wholesale channel freeing a lot of extra time and capital. Love it!

We have used several apps from BoldApps over the years and they are always quick and easy to work with. The coding can be a little tricky, but their customer support is incredible. Most recently Mayank and Harpreet helped me fix several issues we were experiencing on our site. Both customer service representatives were helpful and easy to understand!

I am very happy with this app. It solves a problem that I desperately needed solved, pricing levels for my customers. The install was completed on time as advertised (yes I paid for installation).

I am extremely pleased with this app! I'm even more pleased with the support!! For me there was a learning curve and without the amazing support I received, I would have given up long ago. They helped me with the liquid install so I'd be up and running as quickly as possible. This was great as I had customers waiting to purchase product. I highly recommend this app. it makes selling retail and wholesale on the same site possible. The customer service is amazing!

My old store was based on osCommerce and I had previously sold memberships that allowed my customers to order my download products for free. As Shopify does not natively support such a system, Bold Apps' Customer Pricing has allowed me to solve this most basic of problems in Shopify the app has helped expand my customer base rapidly and provide the level of support and service I need to keep my customers happy and coming back for more. As I have a custom store template, I had many pages of custom liquid code that needed to be changed to help get this app up and running. The staff at Bold were not only prompt, they were extremely friendly, helpful and jumped right in to help me get it running inside of my store within a matter of 24-48 hours.

This app would be great if it worked with inventory apps. Because it doesn't work with stitch labs i can't use it because stitch is more important for me than this app so I'm placing wholesale orders manually which isn't a problem really.

The Bold App team installed all of the liquid required for the app to run properly on our web shop site. Boy does It look and runs incredible. My expectations were exceeded by the app itself and Bold Apps support team. I am excited to dive deep in the app and discover the awesomeness of this great app. I look forward to working with Bold! The Customer Pricing app has worked as intended so far. This app was a lot of help in dividing my customer base into retail and wholesale. Still newer with using it and it takes a little time to remember some of the ins and outs, but fairly straight forward.

I have had nothing but great support since installing this app. The support staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a separate login for wholesalers vs. the regular customers. It has saved our company time and money. Great App!

BoldApps have been great to deal with. Support guru Holly was immensely helpful to us. They even built out a premium version of the Customer Pricing app that we needed so it saved us a lot of frustration and time. I totally recommend them! We will use them more in the future when the need arises. **Update: Bold Apps support took care of our Liquid install and helped us get up and going more quickly. First class operation!!!

I really like this app's approach to discount pricing. With our site, coupon and discount codes were having a negative effect. Customers would leave checkout, look for coupon codes, and they may or may not return (and if they did, they would pay less than they were already willing to pay). This is such a better way of handling discounts in my opinion--especially for creating wholesale- or commission-based customer accounts. I will say the installation is a bit of an undertaking, but they do provide a detailed guide for getting it done. If you're somewhat comfortable with coding, you can take this approach. But, the customer support is great and very responsive, so just take advantage of that if you run into any problems. Thanks guys!

The "Customer Pricing" app is an invaluable tool! Our store would not function as needed without it. After searching the Shopify App Store for similar apps, none come close to the functionality that this app has to offer. I've been a big fan of Bold Apps for several years and it's always exciting to see the ever-growing list of apps that solve the never-ending needs of online stores. The instructional videos available for each app are tremendously helpful in explaining what an app is capable of and how it works. And when it comes to customer service, I can always rely on quick and helpful answers from their friendly team of experts! Thank you, Bold apps, for making Shopify an even better way to sell online!

After using this app for several months, I've found it not to be all it's cracked up to be. It doesn't integrate with other apps well. Customer service is not great either. I had an issue that went round robin with emails to these folks, who have too many Indians and not enough Chiefs on the other end. In the email string, it went on for over three weeks with the issue never being resolved and then they ended up saying it was my fault. I requested a credit for the month that I couldn't use the app while they were not doing anything to solve it and they simply ignored my request. Not good customer service in my opinion. Customer retention is far more important than a $29.99 credit in my opinion. Not to these folks. They just simply ignore you! If you are a small business, dependent on support of an app for your Shopify store and need fast response and solutions, I would recommend shopping around for another app for your Wholesale needs. I have another issue with the app now and because of the circular email ride I took with them last time, I can't get my problem solved lest I hop on that crazy train again just to get left at the station anyway.
