In their publication they promise $20 a month, at the time of payment it is $40, it is double, they lie about their price, it is a hoax.

There are 3 different plans within Custom Pricing that can be activated or deactivated (depending on your needs) from within the app admin under settings > account plans. The Quantity Breaks plan can be used at $20 month alone. We would love to help you sort out your needs and fix any issues with your price plan. Good app for setting membership price. But It's better if the product page can show the original price. I appreciate the help of the team, Perfect Daniel, He is professional and kind, helped me alot!!!

We have been using Bold for a while and just updated to the newest version - Customer service was Extremely helpful in clarifying some questions I had about changing over. Very responsive- I have yet to fully implement the new app- but looks promising - thanks!

Great App for Shopify Store, adds features that Shopify does not include. Ran into a little trouble installing the App, but their customer service was very responsive and corrected the the issue within a day. very impressed wither customer Service and attention at backing up their products.

I was having some issues moving the Quantity Breaks grid on the product page, but I live chatted with Brysen and he got me sorted right away! Thank you for your help Brysen! I have this app installed on 8 of our Shopify stores at this point, and I love how simplistic it is to setup and use! Highly recommend this app!

Just getting stared with the app, but I had really good customer service with getting this app installed. BOLD was responsive to my requests after we got the process started. The only issues I had were "Automatic theme update" failed and the "Expert theme update service" link was broken. I wound up going to the BOLD website to create a ticket for support to look at. Birpal was 5 stars great. Getting to him was a little difficult, hence the 4 star BOLD rating.

I had issues with wholesale pricing using Bold. I used the live chat feature to get help. Luckily I was connected with Daniel P. He has been amazing. The process to fix the issue took days. He's prompt with replies and patient with me. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into fixing our website. Thank you!!

Doesn't work if a customer checks out using Apple Pay or Shop Pay. I asked support, and they confirmed with is a limitation. Ironic considering BOLD's slogan is "Checkout With Limits"
