Great App for Shopify Store, adds features that Shopify does not include. Ran into a little trouble installing the App, but their customer service was very responsive and corrected the the issue within a day. very impressed wither customer Service and attention at backing up their products.

Even more than one discount for a product is quite easy possible. The support helps very fast (i.e. for a theme update).

Just getting stared with the app, but I had really good customer service with getting this app installed. BOLD was responsive to my requests after we got the process started. The only issues I had were "Automatic theme update" failed and the "Expert theme update service" link was broken. I wound up going to the BOLD website to create a ticket for support to look at. Birpal was 5 stars great. Getting to him was a little difficult, hence the 4 star BOLD rating.

I had issues with wholesale pricing using Bold. I used the live chat feature to get help. Luckily I was connected with Daniel P. He has been amazing. The process to fix the issue took days. He's prompt with replies and patient with me. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into fixing our website. Thank you!!

Easy to set up, not super intuitive to navigate if you don't have instructions, but it works like a charm. And their customer service is unbeatable: reliable, fast and friendly!

Doesn't work if a customer checks out using Apple Pay or Shop Pay. I asked support, and they confirmed with is a limitation. Ironic considering BOLD's slogan is "Checkout With Limits"

I use Bold Custom Pricing. My site was really lagging and had errors. Irfan was very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. He figured out the problem and installed an update I was missing. Everything is running smoothly now! Very happy with this app and its support.

When it works- great. but now CSV uploads are not working and much like the review below, support(?) isnt reading the information provided as to where their app is failing- they send a bunch or unrelated pre-scripted replies, or links to articles that are unrelated. Then dont answer for 24 hours. so freaking fed up ..

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible app, terrible support, they have made a mess of my store and cost me so much $. Their "developers" are clowns and their customer support is a joke they will only tell you pre-scripted answers. DO NOT USE ANY APP FROM BOLD. The apps will never work and when they don't they will just blame it on your theme, other apps, the weather, or any other random stupid excuse they can think of

Worst experience ever! The apps stopped working and generated damage on my website, then they sent a message saying that they had a problem and would probably display the wrong prices for the customers.
