When it works- great. but now CSV uploads are not working and much like the review below, support(?) isnt reading the information provided as to where their app is failing- they send a bunch or unrelated pre-scripted replies, or links to articles that are unrelated. Then dont answer for 24 hours. so freaking fed up ..

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible app, terrible support, they have made a mess of my store and cost me so much $. Their "developers" are clowns and their customer support is a joke they will only tell you pre-scripted answers. DO NOT USE ANY APP FROM BOLD. The apps will never work and when they don't they will just blame it on your theme, other apps, the weather, or any other random stupid excuse they can think of

Update: Have been using the app for about a year now and will continue to do so. Works perfectly. Excellent app that does what it says. Some coding was needed to get it right and Aman at Bold did an amazing job in taking care of this.

We have required a specific solution that Bold Custom Pricing has provided with a very useful app. We found something that wasn't working perfectly in the cart area, but the help team were very quick to respond and fixed the problem as requested (Irfan was very polite and very helpful!!). I would certainly recommend Bold to anyone looking to extend the functionality of their store.

Bold's support team is amazing! I had a ton of difficult questions lined up and Chandan was able to take care of all them! There was no wait for help in Live chat and she helped me for almost half an hour. The level of service she provided gave me lots of confidence in Bold's apps as solutions to our team's needs.

We purchased the Bold Custom Pricing app to help with a plethora of items in our business workflow. It all started with the install - We followed their instructions and they did a custom install for us! Super Cool! Quick! Next we had a few specialty items and we needed the app to work a specific way for our business model. They were so unbelievably responsive to us! Within just a few days they literally made sure our theme was working perfectly with their app, and with all of our requested changes. We will for sure keeping working with BCP! Should you require an application characterized by inconsistent functionality, coupled with a support team whose assistance is often limited to basic troubleshooting such as enabling or disabling features, this software may meet your criteria.

Buyer beware!!!! This app will screw your theme up permanently if you uninstall it. It leaves code throughout your theme and messes up future theme updates. They also don't give you support on the weekends so if they screw you over on a Friday or Thursday you're out of luck for at least a week. The actual app doesn't work well, to begin with, if you have people use discount codes it won't work with the custom pricing. Pretty awful development, worse support, and a major headache to part ways with them.

I use this app to offer different pricing tiers to customers B2C & B2B I have over 20+ levels. Apps works great for this feature. Support is always able to answer any queries. Highly recommend.
