Stellar software for the price, does nearly everything that something like Gorgias does, at literally 25% the cost, crazy. Great Job team. Moved our entire CX stack to Richpanel + Aircall, working great for unified sales/service analytics.
Always helpful. The social media moderator (AI) is dope. It gets the job done very well as long as you use the correct prompts. Richpanel is the way to go!

The "AI" feature is not all it's cracked up to be. It is NOT an AI chatbot that can answer customers' questions for them. It is not an AI that learns from previous conversations and drafts useful replies for you. It is basically just a weak version of ChatGPT that can help you draft a reply based ONLY ON your help topics that you've manually written, but still needs a human to review and send it. Even though the "AI" feature was the main reason I installed the app, I never use the AI feature. This makes Richpanel no better than any other helpdesk system as far as I can tell.
We have been using for some time now, and loving it. So easy to have an overview of what the CS team is dealing with, the level of queries, and how we can add value for our customers. If we have a question, the team at RP is there quickly with help and an answer :-)
My feedback is that I really like how they resolve my concerns quickly and efficiently. Good job!
Really great experience, we had some trouble understanding pricing but we had a quick demo call where they also clarified pricing. I was impressed with their team! We have loved the tool so far, it's been a game changer and we are able to resolve customer's concerns so much faster!
This platform is wonderful! We have used Hubspot and Gorgias, but Richpanel has the best of both platforms. Amit and his team are amazing to work with. If we are having an issue, I email them, and within minutes, I have a response of "We were able to locate the issue and fixed it" or "We will look into this and get back to you." I have an answer by the next business day for most issues. We have also provided feedback, and they have taken it and made this CRM beyond what we could have suggested. I hope our partnership lasts a really long time Thank you Richpanel Team!
Disappointed and hoping for a resolution. There is no SMS ability and we were told there was. After all the work of moving CS platforms, we were met with this massive hole. Hope they will fix it and then I can update this review.

Amazing team and amazing support. Easy to set up but had an issue with getting my emails to show. The team stayed with me and had a call to sort the issue. Above and beyond a a great platform to deal with ALL you communication channels in one place.
We've only been using Richpanel for a few weeks, but I can already say it was worth migrating. Our team loves the AI features and it saves us a lot of time! Promps to Deepan who helped us set it up!
