best CRM I've used yet. I've used all the big ones and this one seems to be the cleanest and nicest looking. most intuitive UX and makes work efficient. seamless integrations. to me, it's like the Apple of CRMs. not anything wrong per say with others but there's a reason apple is as big as it is.

The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually! Richpanel's features are far more extensive and really allowed us to streamline and automate many of our customer service processes.
