Richpanel: AI Customer Support

Richpanel is amazing. I am so grateful that I found them I was looking at SNOW teeth whitening to see what they use, because I figured they have done their due diligence, and found Richpanel. Trey in Sales was amazing. I ended up speaking with the amazing CEO Amit as well. Jerrick from their tech team has been unbelievably helpful in getting us set up each step of the way. Richpanel has finally allowed me to give customers the service experience I want, without having to do a massive amount of difficult website modification. We can meet people right where they're at, with specific answers to their specific questions. As we grow, it will only be more and more useful to have Richpanel by our side. This is undoubtably one of the best online chat applications I've come across so far. Setup was incredibly quick, and customer support team, were available within seconds to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this app 10/10

Updated, I've tried it again as it was the nicest interface of all the CRMs that I've tried. The DNS setting were eventually sorted out but it wasn't particularly easy. I'm going to try it for a month or two to see if it justifies the cost. I really wanted to like this app. Lots of promise, looks great and has lots of potential. The support is excellent too. The big problem for me is that it is just too difficult to set up - even support couldn't solve our issues. For a premium priced app, it should be seamless - but it just isn't.

We have been using Richpanel for well over 1.5 years now and absolutely LOVE it! They are always making updates to improve the app, responding to inquiries timely, and overall just great customer service. This app is the true lifeline of our business and customer support. I am disappointed I did not learn about this app sooner! It has made our customer service much more professional and efficient. I no longer have to manage several channels all at once. The setup was a bit challenging for me personally, but the customer service team took amazing care of me and made sure I was confident using this app! I can't thank them enough.

We ran into some issues with tagging tickets but the team was responsive, insightful, and communicative. Thank you for being so patient and giving us some great tips for automation!

Their customer support tackles any problem quickly with resolve. Richpanel hosting zoomphone, chat and email support is fantastic!

We have tested many chat and CRM systems. Just as Shopify is the most intuitive shop system, Richpanel is the clearest and most intuitive chat and CRM system. Multiple requests can be merged, you always have the absolute overview. A small suggestion for improvement: Perhaps it should be possible to use certain services a little more cheaply. WhatsApp, for example, should actually be standard. Last: The support is great too! Competent guys with timely solutions. Thank you :-)

Really awesome service. Our email volume has really grown in the past year or so and I have no idea how we'd keep up without Richpanel. Every time I've had an issue they've been really responsive and today they were even willing to jump on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process of setting up rules for an auto-responder. My whole issue (from me first contacting them to me now leaving this review) only took like 20 minutes to resolve. You honestly can't ask for much better service than that!

I'm just updating on my previous review of RichPanel. I just want to say if you're looking for a CRM that integrates with your CMS, stop here! Richpanel officially has a mobile app and they're alway upgrading and implementing new features. Their customer support is super quick and they follow up with you!!! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about RichPanel. You're going to want to get on now and be a legacy member because they are a breathe of fresh air.

Amazing support team and onboarding call. And amazing software. We were able to get everything setup on our site within a couple days with their team being available very quickly at taking the time to go through every step of the process. Excellent customer service.

Richpanel is exactly was I was looking for when it comes to CRM. Support has been excellent. I had an issue, and Amarjeet set up a Zoom call to work through it. The app seems very well built and thought out.

We wanted an app for our customers to use when on our website to get in touch with us quick and easy. To instal was pretty easy and to customise it for our/customer needs we had the great support from the Richpanel team already contacting us as soon as we installed, which was great! They explained in details all the features with us, we run tests, and their guidance was priceless. We wanted to remove all the task bots questions that were initially automated when a customer wanted to connect with us and the team were very helpful and responsive and helped remove all of that. Also loved that the display chat appearance we could use our own brand colours and our own photos. Good app, help to save lot of time (respond to facebook and email in the same page) the support is wonderful !

The intuitive scenarios and integrated LiveChat widget make for a seamless experience for our customers. It does not work super well in combination with Zendesk, as it is designed as a standalone CRM. The support staff seems a bit under-trained, as they consistently seem to need to go "ask the team" for questions I have asked them. Still, the app itself is powerful and unique.

Richpanel has been instrumental in simplifying our customer service experience for our employees and our customers. The self service tool has reduced our unnecessary phone calls by about 65% since the start of our integration, and has empowered our customers to find and edit their orders and information without having to call us or email us. With a CS team of only 3 people, this CRM has created a much simpler and more efficient experience on the front and back end of our operations. Love Richpanel!

This app is a MUST HAVE for every business. It helps me and my team stay organized and saves a ton of time. I love how I have all of my customers order information instantly available to me. Truly a game changed for customer support organization! (And the support team is super fast and helpful)

Update: Jag har nu fått fantastisk service och hjälp när det gäller att lösa Instagramkopplingen. De spenderade all tid och attention som behövdes. Mycket nöjd! Jag använder den här appen för att samla all min kommunikation med kunder, i alla kanaler, på ett ställe. Den var lite snårig att förstå i början, men den funkar bra. Tyvärr har den inte koppling med Instagram (meddelanden och kommentarer), så den fyller inte helt syftet att ha allt på ett ställe. En annan sak jag saknar är att det inte finns någon mobilapp. Jag kan svara på meddelanden via mailen, men inte se någon historik eller så. Det gör att jag är bunden vid att arbeta med min dator, när jag gärna hade sett att jag kan jobba helt mobilt. Men på det stora hela funkar den som förväntat. Servicen från Richpanel är väldigt bra och snabb!
