We previously used both Gorgias (18 months) and Zendesk (3 months) and RP blows them out of the water. Not only is the interface much cleaner, but the functionality and reporting are more robust. Our CS has markedly improved since switching to RP because of the better system but also because of the self-service option. You can end your search for the right CS platform here.

Switched from another app and our team immediately picked up where they left off. The Richapanel team is very responsive and works with us to improve on a weekly basis.

We needed solutions for our support team and switched to Rich Panel, and I'm so glad we did. The app is very user-friendly, and the features are outstanding. The self-service portal works great - customers can resolve many issues through the portal, reducing the number of queries. The Rich Panel team is excellent to work with; they made the entire process easy and walked us through each step.

It's been a blast working with the Richpanel team from start to finish. Although we are still in our early stages after implementation, our team has appreciated the thoroughness of the Richpanel team to mediate concerns, answer questions, and provide a variety of solutions based on their expertise. They thrive on feedback in order to create a help desk platform that meets the needs of all teams and for that, it's been a great experience so far working with them.

Update! We needed some help with adding new order topics, as well as help with mail forwarding and rules, and Amir spent quite a long time with me going through it all. He never hesitated when I started asking more questions, and he never made me feel silly for not knowing what I was doing. Thank you to Amir! /Janelle We've needed a customer service solution for some time, and after reading about the self serve help desk that Richpanel offers, combined with the very positive reviews, I contacted them. We were given custom options that I think will really help us stay on top of customer service, and help us grow as a a business. I love that our customers can find answers at their fingertips, and that they will still feel that we are accessible to them if needed. All of my questions are answered quickly. These people know their stuff! They explain things very well, and offer knowledge about business growth and systems that will benefit. I am thrilled with the ease of setup and use, and it's already saving us time. Thank you to Richpanel, I look forward to our continued relationship.

We had some questions about some functionalities of RichPanel and reached out to the helpdesk. The helpdesk was very swift in responding to our requests, and managed to help us to achieve our goals in setting up some automation configurations within RichPanel interface. Even though we are still on the free plan, we are still getting a very quick responses from them. The level of services are excellent, and would definitely recommend others to use their services.

We were using Zendesk before and we want a simple yet as effective multi-channel customer service platform. We also wanted an easy to understand dashboard and analytics. We were able to get all of that with Richpanel at a very affordable price. It was very easy to setup and the power replies were greate. Their support is very hands-on. Amit, Dorai,Ayush and Manoj were awesome!

Awesome product and team! We've gone from Zendesk to Gorgias & now to RichPanel, couldn't be happier with the decision. The platform is growing quickly and the founders really listen to our feedback and care for their product.

Richpanel is an e-commerce customer service helpdesk that has integrated well within our business and reduced the workload of our customer support staff significantly. Richpanel has been a life-saver for our small team! The self-service features made us choose the app. The portal is intuitive and incredibly easy to use for our customers and easily modified and updated by our team. The installation is very quick as well. Getting our team migrated over was seamless, training was easy and our agents were up and running in less than an hour. Also, the deflection rates are amazing as compared to other tools. Most importantly, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They really understand our needs and what we are looking to improve and they are incredibly open to hearing our feedback!

The decision was easy to choose Richpanel! After seeing the software and all the features it was capable of we were extremely excited. Staring at screens all day and the back and forth between other programs is exhausting and time consuming so it was important we found a software that was pleasing to the eye and had the function to be our sole source for work flow. What really sold me though was the team behind the software. Through our entire journey they have always been at our reach to address any concern, offer advice, and make sure we were set up for success. I can't speak enough on the service we received at the beginning that still occurs a month into our partnership with them! Happy customer service reps makes for better service all around and it's all thanks to Richpanel!

Awesome app & amazing support team! This has made our customer interactions so much more efficient and organized, by compiling our emails, facebook messenger, and our chats all into one convenient place. Plus you don't have to dig through Shopify to find order details, as they are all connected right inside your RichPanel inbox. Highly recommend!

We're always finding more ways to take advantage of all the Richpanel features! Our customers' experience has seen a dramatic improvement since switching to Richpanel. The interface is attractive, and customers can quickly get answers to many questions without talking to an agent. Our team loves it too, it's easy to use, and agents have order and customer information at their fingertips. I highly recommend this app, the Richpanel team is fantastic to work with, and we now have multiple stores using it; we couldn't be happier.

We use this app to manage our customer service support. The software is just what we needed to respond to customer inquiries quickly without having to having to jump back and forth between Shopify and the our email platform. All the customer data needed is right there. The functionality of the bot is a key distinction between Richpanel and other services. On top of that, Richpanel’s understanding of the customer service flow and best practices has been a huge help to us. The team at Richpanel have been so helpful a d gracious with their time and personalization. I’m very happy we made the switch and it’s perfect for our growing business.

I have used many help desk apps at times I found myself needing multiple apps to really manage my CS, with rich panel not only is the setup and flow of the app superior to others the customer support and personal setup you get from the rich panel team is unmatched. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have your customer support simplified!
