I have recently installed this app to allow customers an upload option for custom designs. The set-up and installation are clear and straightforward and when I did need support, due to my theme needs, the response from the team was prompt, efficient and solved very quickly. Not only is the app easy to use, it's highly customisable and solved a lot of legacy issues. On top of this the support is second to none and they go above and beyond. I've gone through a lot of apps over the years but I would put this top of my list overall in terms of service and performance

Great simple personalization app! It was easy to install and was up and running in no time. I needed personalization on 1 variant, but had issue syncing with Shopify Horizon theme. Zel was able to fix this issue quickly. Great customer service.

I use this app for my small handmade shop to let customers add the name they want engraved on my wooden height rulers. It’s super easy to use, works perfectly, and looks great on the product page! The setup was simple, and I love that customers can easily type in the name they want — it makes the whole personalization process smooth and professional. It’s exactly what I needed for custom engraving and adds such a nice touch to my store. Highly recommend it to anyone who sells personalized or engraved products.
