Contacted support for an overcharge, and they were quite rude and unprofessional.
I'm sorry your experience left this impression. That's the last thing we want. For anyone reading: the charge here wasn't an extra or duplicate fee. It was the standard charge for app usage after the free trial ended. Because billing is handled entirely by Shopify, this type of charge appears on the merchant's next Shopify billing cycle even after an app is uninstalled, which can make it look unexpected. The subscription was fully cancelled, and we also issued a credit for the unused remaining time as a goodwill gesture. For context, this inquiry came in on a Sunday and we replied right away, we genuinely try to be responsive and respectful in every conversation. I'm sorry if my tone came across otherwise.
I have tried several different add on apps for custom fields and this is the best for ease I am 70 and not very good with computers and they made it so easy to learn so yes the best customer service on shopify! thank you for all your help

We are loving this app! It has integrated seamlessly in to our website. We are really enjoying the flexibility it gives us to add personalisation and up sell products. The customer support and live chat has been a god send, we have asked many questions and the friendly and very knowledgable customer service helpers have been amazing and walked us through the learning process, problem solving and helped no end. I have recently installed this app to allow customers an upload option for custom designs. The set-up and installation are clear and straightforward and when I did need support, due to my theme needs, the response from the team was prompt, efficient and solved very quickly. Not only is the app easy to use, it's highly customisable and solved a lot of legacy issues. On top of this the support is second to none and they go above and beyond. I've gone through a lot of apps over the years but I would put this top of my list overall in terms of service and performance
