The app performs well, we are using it to capture names to be written on custom hoodies. Customer service has been really helpful when I had issues that turned out to be limitations of my theme.

I am SO GLAD I found this app! We were using another app that was really complicated to use and customer service would take DAYS. The app was ok but it did not do what I needed so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately they still billed me, for the year, AFTER the free trial ended. Shopify says I should be getting a refund. I will let you know.

It is super easy and pretty straightforward to use. It does exactly what I need it to. And it looks really nice and clean. The support was extremely helpful and very swift at problem solving. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for what Mini: Custom Fields Personalize offers.
