Not only are the setup instructions for conditional logic completely different from the UI in the app, I didnt get a free trial. It charged me right away. Wasted $5 on this garbage app.

Wow I was totally surprised that a tech representative gave me incredibly fast support. I was having a lot of challenges as i am new to Shopify and to creating an online store and they actually offered me a video call and walked me through the process. It's actually pretty easy to set up the various personalization options but it's a learning curve for me as a newbie. I recommend this product. My store isn't launched yet but with this kind of support I foresee the customizations working very well.
Easy to use and great customer support! I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking for personalization. This can be configured for just some products and even for just some variant. Perfect for our home decor store!

Such an easy app with so many variations possible. Customer service on a complicated issue straightforward and solved issue straight away. Price great bearing in mind I was paying the same for a very basic personalisation box!

The app performs well, we are using it to capture names to be written on custom hoodies. Customer service has been really helpful when I had issues that turned out to be limitations of my theme.

I am SO GLAD I found this app! We were using another app that was really complicated to use and customer service would take DAYS.
