excellent service , I had problem seeing picture and they anwser me right away and explain to me how to see image when theres more then one :) really nice helpful and fast. I recommend 100% Vraiment un bon service, il m'ont répondu presque tout de suis sur la messagerie. J'avais un probleme pour voir les photos insérer et ils m'ont très bien expliqué comment faire lorsque le client à joint plus d'une image. Excellent service, super gentil et rapide. Je recommande à 100%.

This app is very simple to use and helps us offer simple customization on our products. We ran into a small problem with the way the app was installed, and support was VERY helpful, and fixed the problem for us.

It is of no use, if the app does not have a complete logic, the metafields do not allow changing the order, much less changing the order by logic, the support has very little will to solve things, very bad experience for a payment. application

Edited: I changed my original rating. Great customer service. Programmers were able to make this work with over 5000 items. Support is spot on if you have an issue. Thank you. --------------- If you have more than 1000 items in your store - this will not work

I needed the customization to avoid having to engage every single customer on every single order. This allowed the customer to choose and have it documented on the order itself. Plus the price is fantastic for this upgrade.

Great app & does exactly what I wanted it to do. Customers can personalise their items both by entering text and using dropdown selections. Customer service is fabulous & really helpful. Once I did the first customising & understood the process, it was easy to do for the other items.
