I needed the customization to avoid having to engage every single customer on every single order. This allowed the customer to choose and have it documented on the order itself. Plus the price is fantastic for this upgrade.

Great app & does exactly what I wanted it to do. Customers can personalise their items both by entering text and using dropdown selections. Customer service is fabulous & really helpful. Once I did the first customising & understood the process, it was easy to do for the other items.

This app works very well for our products that require input from our customers. We can get their name and date to create a personalized certificate. Customers can upload images for us to make customized labels out of their business logos or personal photos. We're also very happy that this app is completely free.

Really easy to implement with just enough customisable features. Customer support was super prompt and friendly even when I made the rookie mistake of not turning on the app in the theme editor. It's the first thing they remind you to do, and be sure to click on 'save' once you have done so. :)

It's free! It's awesome! And you don't have to be a coder etc to use it at all! It has everything I need as a small local store in Japan! Edit: There was a problem with the translated pages. Some of the fields were not appearing on the translated pages but they solved that problem super quick and now this app has become truly perfect! Also their support always answers really fast so if you are having problems, be sure to let them know.

Wow. A free app the has no strings attatched! I couldn’t believe it. This app is amazing. I wanted to add a simple personalization option to our listings so that customers can add their names to have personalized on our products. It sounds simple, but as it turns out with many Shopify add ons, most 3rd party add one want to charge a monthly fee. (I’m ok with paying a one time fee for an add on to support the developers, but most places charge around 10 does a month for their add ons, which just isn’t fair.)I couldn’t believe when I found one that is truly free. And it works beautifully. Their customer support is very fast in replying and so far I am very happy with their app. I hope these developers put out more apps for Shopify.

This app does exactly what we needed for our store. There were a few glitches to get it to work with our shopify theme but the developer responded immediately on chat and was able to get it to work incredibly quickly. Highly recommend.
