I had a great experience getting my customizable bracelet product set up with the help of Jhofre Marquez. He walked me through every step of the process — to creating a design that allows my customers to choose from meaningful pre-set quotes or add their own personal message. I really appreciated how he helped configure separate options for silver and gold bracelets, each with their own unique quotes, and how smoothly the personalization features now display on my product page. The attention to detail — like importing the correct ShineOn template for perfect sizing and setting up conditions for variant-specific customization — made a big difference. He also identified and is actively working on improvements for multi-line text input and font adjustments to enhance the customer preview experience. Although I have my entire site fot in with this app and it's too much to go back now and change it..they charge you for the service..THEN CHARGE YOU AGAIN WHEN THE CUSTOMER USES IT..$1 FOR EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION PLUS 50/MONTH...WHICH IS OUTRIGHT REDICULOUS..do not use this service without realizing how much they are taking..absolutely insane..the software is very limited in usability to be charging that much

This app is not that good: 1. this app is my second time using it. I looked at it as having a 9 day trial left, but it turned out to be a straight up charge. Not a good way to unsubscribe and get charged. 2. it's not cost effective and the clips in the library are old. Requires you to buy or design clips from somewhere else. 3. the clips in the library in the app cannot be deleted, and after I accidentally deleted them, they can only manually add them one by one. It can't be reset either. I appreciate the efforts of their staff. But it seems like their company is powerless on this issue. 4. even though I paid for it and have only been using it for a couple of days, I can't use it at all due to deletion of libraries. Which means I'm not actually using it at all. I paid the full fee. I had a problem and they couldn't fix it immediately. Doesn't matter Goodbye ...... never again!

We started our business just over a year ago and could not be happier with the Customily app and the support team. Communications on current features and new functionality becoming available are first class. They are the best and our business has grown far beyond our original expectations. It is very confusing to set up and there are a lot of details to understand. I wish there was someone to better guide me in the setting up process. However, they do have fast customers service that has helped fix my issues once I did set up my account.

Lovely support, always ready to help! Obviously, if you want to take designs, product bases etc. to a 'next level' experience, there is a learning curve. But many YouTube videos are available, and also a help-section in the app. Recently, new 'onboarding-sessions' were added also. And because the possibilities are so enormous within the app, and sometimes a bit overwhelming, I'm glad the team is there to assist and guide. Overall, very happy!

The app offers many features, which is a strength. However, compared to other apps, it takes much more time due to some repetitive steps. There is also some difficulty in reaching support, and responses to questions take quite a long time. In fact, almost the only person assisting us has been Truong Quynh.
