Lovely support, always ready to help! Obviously, if you want to take designs, product bases etc. to a 'next level' experience, there is a learning curve. But many YouTube videos are available, and also a help-section in the app. Recently, new 'onboarding-sessions' were added also. And because the possibilities are so enormous within the app, and sometimes a bit overwhelming, I'm glad the team is there to assist and guide. Overall, very happy!

The app offers many features, which is a strength. However, compared to other apps, it takes much more time due to some repetitive steps. There is also some difficulty in reaching support, and responses to questions take quite a long time. In fact, almost the only person assisting us has been Truong Quynh.

Henri was great. He was very helpful Request #46430: How would you rate the support you received? My dissatisfaction was not with him. I wanted to make that clear I love the App Wish I could communicate by phone for support when needed..

Great program to personalize your POD products. They even have premade designs that are easy to make your own, too! Some of the aspects take a little learning, but they provide tons of tutorials and videos on you tube to help you find your way. It's so worth it to learn because the finished products are amazing and customers love the attention to detail.

Great software and amazing support from Jhofre! There is definitely a learning curve with the app and it's easy to get to 90% but that last 10% is challenging the first time around. Jhofre shared screens and took my concept and made it reality - and showed me how to do it. I'm independent now but know that I have both the software and the support to get to selling some customized products!

If you want to cancel the free trial they dont even allow it, you need to contact them so that they add the "billing section" to your account. Its a whole mess, shopify shouldnt allow this. Dont install
You can absolutely uninstall the app at any time, there is no need to contact us to cancel! Simply uninstalling the app from your Shopify store will automatically stop any future billing. The billing section part is for stores that are from other platforms, not Shopify, so maybe there was a misunderstanding there. The learning curve was/is steep, but once you get that down, It's very flexible with what it can do. I've gone through several web meetings with Jose and I wanted to do something that hadn't been done. Jose sorted it out, figured out the steps needed to make it work and It works perfectly. Augusto has also been incredible, developing methods to get the final product figured out. They are very good to work with and I highly recommend. It will constantly evolve, but this site is driven by customily, and its working perfectly. https://racepacedesigns.com/

Really good customer support that fixes almost any issue within a good time. Also a great community where suggestions from customers (us) is taken seriously and being evaluated ...and if possible implemented in the tool. Also a great tool to work with

Customily is a great app for Shopify to be up to date with the market trends for customization products. The app has a lot of features, which will require time to learn, but very rapidly it's obvious, how much potential and opportunities it provides for the shop owners and designers. The support team is really amazing, for most of the questions there are already tutorials and solutions within the app, but the team is very patient in steering their users in the right direction or explain it extra if needed. Direct integration with many POD providers is a big plus. Thank you guys!

Hands down the best app we've found for product customization! We are a manufacture. Customily's set of tools gave us the ability to personalize our products on ALL major platforms allowing our customers to easily get the orders customized and to their shops or homes quickly. This app is quite difficult with many features. But thanks to the development team and the support team, they have supported me a lot to improve my product. My questions are mostly answered quickly. However, sometimes I cannot contact the support team via Chatlive even though it is during business hours. But no problem, the support team is still very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you to the whole team, hope the team will continue to develop stronger and have more diverse features for sellers.
