Great program to personalize your POD products. They even have premade designs that are easy to make your own, too! Some of the aspects take a little learning, but they provide tons of tutorials and videos on you tube to help you find your way. It's so worth it to learn because the finished products are amazing and customers love the attention to detail.

The support team member, Julieta, gave quick response to me and arrange the setup at their end so that I can use my Customily account in two Shopify stores in short time.

Great software and amazing support from Jhofre! There is definitely a learning curve with the app and it's easy to get to 90% but that last 10% is challenging the first time around. Jhofre shared screens and took my concept and made it reality - and showed me how to do it. I'm independent now but know that I have both the software and the support to get to selling some customized products!

If you want to cancel the free trial they dont even allow it, you need to contact them so that they add the "billing section" to your account. Its a whole mess, shopify shouldnt allow this. Dont install
You can absolutely uninstall the app at any time, there is no need to contact us to cancel! Simply uninstalling the app from your Shopify store will automatically stop any future billing. The billing section part is for stores that are from other platforms, not Shopify, so maybe there was a misunderstanding there. The learning curve was/is steep, but once you get that down, It's very flexible with what it can do. I've gone through several web meetings with Jose and I wanted to do something that hadn't been done. Jose sorted it out, figured out the steps needed to make it work and It works perfectly. Augusto has also been incredible, developing methods to get the final product figured out. They are very good to work with and I highly recommend. It will constantly evolve, but this site is driven by customily, and its working perfectly. https://racepacedesigns.com/

Really good customer support that fixes almost any issue within a good time. Also a great community where suggestions from customers (us) is taken seriously and being evaluated ...and if possible implemented in the tool. Also a great tool to work with

Customily is a great app for Shopify to be up to date with the market trends for customization products. The app has a lot of features, which will require time to learn, but very rapidly it's obvious, how much potential and opportunities it provides for the shop owners and designers. The support team is really amazing, for most of the questions there are already tutorials and solutions within the app, but the team is very patient in steering their users in the right direction or explain it extra if needed. Direct integration with many POD providers is a big plus. Thank you guys!

Hands down the best app we've found for product customization! We are a manufacture. Customily's set of tools gave us the ability to personalize our products on ALL major platforms allowing our customers to easily get the orders customized and to their shops or homes quickly. This app is quite difficult with many features. But thanks to the development team and the support team, they have supported me a lot to improve my product. My questions are mostly answered quickly. However, sometimes I cannot contact the support team via Chatlive even though it is during business hours. But no problem, the support team is still very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you to the whole team, hope the team will continue to develop stronger and have more diverse features for sellers.

Hello! We tried to contact you to offer assistance but it's impossible to reach you. Your website is not working either. First of all, we're really sorry if you had a bad experience with our app. Our goal is always to be a helpful tool for merchants who want to sell personalized products, not the other way around. Having said that, we noticed that you only tried Customily for 41 minutes and didn't attempt to use any of our available support channels when you faced an issue. We'd like to invite you to try it again, for a longer period of time, so you can truly understand what Customily can do and how you can benefit from it. While I wanted to love this app because it is a bit easier than Teeinblue and has similar features, the fact that you still need to hire a Fiverr to help you is still frustrating. It's not simple to use and I am beyound frustrated. Especially when trying to save designs. This should be a BASIC feature. Unfortunately, there is no way to save designs. Even when you do save it, your image and text just disappears, so that if you want to reuse the design on another POD item, you have to redesign the entire thing all over again. Picture doing the same design repeatedly just to place it on 50 different items. It's incredibly frustrating and time consuming. While support was willing to send help docs, it doesn't change the fact that this basic feature doesn't work correctly. The app is also very misleading. They boast that you can use the background remover and cartoonizer features. What they fail to mention, is that you will need to spend hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars more to connect to third party apps to use these features. So these features DON'T actually come with the app as they've listed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for another product personalizer.

Very nice app to use for customize, but i wish it was allowing customer to upload their pictures instead of cartoon , but i am happy with the app, it is easy to use, design and custom. I had to cancel my subscription because i ca not afford the price is too high.

I have a very unique product that I offer and Jose from the customily team was able to help me and spend tons of time making sure that my product was set up exactly the way I envisioned it. He made videos to help walk me through updating the features in the future and was SO helpful in making sure my products were exactly what I needed. The customer support team is so helpful!

Once you learn how to use this program it's not that difficult and you'll be happy that you took the time to figure out how to use it. There is a learning curve but I have had nothing but great interaction with their representatives. My questions have all been answered quickly and with patience I sometimes didn't deserve with the silly questions I might be asking. If you want to customize products, this is the way to go. Once you set it up, you're done. Give it a try. I don't think you'll regret it.
