This app has completely changed my store. Customily has allowed me add an incredibly personal touch for my customers and they love the interactive feature that allows them to design their board LIVE in real time - a truly unbelievable customer experience. But the best part by far is the support. Jose and the entire support team are always there to assist with the more technical aspects and will continue to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with its functionality. Very grateful for Customily and am excited to keep using it and offering it for my customers.

I can't say enough about the team at Customily. Not only is the custom application top notch but the help the team provided along the way was fantastic! Jose was so knowledgeable and timely with his assistance that is really made (what would normally be frustrating for a non-tech guy) the process enjoyable, seeing your creations come to life. We tried countless other options and development teams but the team at Customily was by far the most helpful. We are looking forward to growing our business with the new design studio and making the process for our customers much more fun as well! Thank you Jose, Morena and the whole Customily team!!

Hello my name is Stacy and I live in Maryland, United States. I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to Mr. Federico Mosqueda part of the Customily Business Development Team. I had two opportunity of having to Demo Calls with him. One on January 30, and the second one today February 9th. He was diligent, patient, and very clear in explaining to me, and supporting me with my journey in learning how to personalize my own designs using Customily. Nevertheless, also teaching me how to use the the plethora of resources that Customily has already incorporated within the their app. I feel truly blessed of having this one on one support.

Amazing App!! This has help me elevate my designs with the personalization options and the library of clipart available. The best part is the customer can see exactly what they are getting on screen as they make their selections and it takes out the back and forth contact with them confirming their order.

Fantastic customer service from this app. Best I've ever received since starting my store 6 years ago. Great app, does what it says on the tin. Very happy customer. Sorted out a little problem I originally had, but this was my error and confusion. All was sorted. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Turnaround in Service and Support Initially, I left a 1-star review for Customily, detailing challenges with product uploads, design tool glitches, and a lack of effective customer support. My experience was frustrating, as I encountered difficulties in usage and felt the app fell short of its potential. However, I recently decided to give Customily another chance, and I'm glad I did. This decision came after discovering that my own email settings were inadvertently blocking communications from Customily, which was a key factor in the initial support challenges I faced. Upon reaching out again, I was assisted by Cecilia from customer service, and had the opportunity to speak with Josema and Gustavo during a Zoom call. The level of support and guidance I received this time was exceptional and far beyond what I had anticipated. They addressed my concerns thoroughly, demonstrating both the capabilities of the app and their commitment to user satisfaction. This positive experience has led me to reconsider my initial impression. Not only have my issues been resolved, but I've also gained a deeper understanding of and appreciation for what Customily offers. The dedication of the support team, especially the personalized assistance from Cecilia, Jose, and Gustavo, has completely changed my perspective. It's the customer service for me. Yes, the app has several functionalities that opens up many possibilities for customization. I had a situation where I needed to offer a personalized blanket with different backgrounds. Half way into design, I realized I needed to offer a background remove option for customers' photos. It was crunch time and in the height of the holiday season--just 2 weeks away from Christmas and I didn't know how to integrate this feature into the design. I reached out to Customily, and the co-founder, Martina, of Customily responded. She connected me with Jose who literally dropped what he was doing to make a video to guide me through the process. I still needed help. Jose ended up creating the entire design and hooking up the api to my pod. Talk about going the extra mile. This is it! Customily takes care of their customers' needs and ensures that they have what's needed to deploy their products. Very appreciative of this app and the service they provide. Highly recommend them. Btw, they followed up with me recently and had a one on one to walk me through product creation with the app.

Excellent experience with Customily. The support team and dev team are so helpful. Whenever there are problems using the app, they always reach out to us promptly. They keep upgrading to enhance customer satisfaction with the personalized products. What we love most is the real-time preview - making products much more attractive to customers. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING software! Unless you've been living under a rock, then you know that personalization is key in the POD space. Let's face it.. print on demand has become a commodity.. if you REALLY want to differentiate yourself, allow your customers to personalize their POD product. There is a bit of a learning curve, but tech support is fantastic and once you figure it out it's not that difficult. I've tested EVERY customizer product currently available as of Dec '23.. Hands down Customily beats them all easily. This is a complete game changer for me.

One of the worst apps I ever worked on They don't have auto-save features, after working for 3 hours and my connection failed, I had to start all over again and this is not the first , second or third time this would be happening. Secondly the app loads very slow

I absolutely recommend this app. They have top notch customer service and they will go above and beyond to help you with any issues. They reached back out immediately and even got on a zoom call with me personally to walk me through my issue step by step, found an issue in the code on my Shopify store and fixed within an hour!! Jose is amazing and super easy going and explains things thouroughly for you to understand and he also recorded the session for me so I could go back and watch at any time. They also have step by step videos on Youtube you can watch at any time for several different features.

Florencia and the Dev Team are miracle workers. We reached out about some of our store's most heavily customized products that needed additional coding and they made the changes within a few days! So impressed with the customer service and our team is really enjoying the hands on control of creating our own templates and option sets.
