I love customily!! It's giving me the chance to scale my business. No more proofs back and forth with the customers for days and time lost. It frees up my time to create more designs. I love their library already available!! Customer service is stellar! I have always been able to get a hold of someone!! It's a little bit of a learning curve, I'm still learning. But anytime I have an issue, I can contact them and work through it. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to run a business or scale your current business.

A bit of a learning curve, but help was always responsive, answering my questions and sometimes digging in to our listings and making some corrections directly in our content. The extensive help library is excellent.

Yes Customily might seem overwhelming at first with all of it's amazing tools and features but nothing compares to their support staff. I have reached out to them several times while I am learning their app so much so I think we all know each other on a first name basis. They have been nothing but patient and super helpful with every one of my chats. Thank you all for such an amazing product and team to back it up!

This app has been a feature we have longed for in our business. It has made our wholesale and everyday customers feel more involved with our brand and catered to. Tried to reach out for creating a product for our business as no one in the team knows how to finish the customization， and it is urgent for us， received the answer 10 hours later, and told me they are going to charge extra. Don‘t know if this is normal, yet Sounds not cool.

I’m confident though that our team did make that product for you and it lives up to your expectations :) We are happy to still have you as a customer, in spite of this misunderstanding. As we mentioned over email, our service does not include configuring products for our customers (with over 3500 customers, and selling more than 2 million products, that would be impossible!). Still, we are happy to help whenever we can. Anyway, I believe your products are working just as you want them to, which is what's important! If you need more help you know where to find us.

I would love to give this app a 5 star. It is amazing. However, I taught myself to use it and they have terrible help videos to get you started. It is really geared towards businesses that use print on demand services, however, we decorate all of our items and fulfill them in house. It does work great for us but you will have to figure it all out on your own. Also, I asked customer service to help and they told me completely inaccurate information that I later had to correct on my own to make it work. Just be prepared to spend A LOT of time working on this to make it work correctly. It is far from a plug and play app.

After a conversation with the company's CEO, the service was excellent, and they always listened. Great service, and without a doubt, I will recommend their software.

This is a great tool for those offering simple personalization and customization. Just the right tools, and it's right priced. I've been in the product customization software industry for many years with a higher priced competitor, not on the app store, and the feature set here is almost comparable. In fact, I would choose this over that for what I am doing. Some areas that could use improvement: Profanity Filtering - We could use an integration or home grown solution that is more foolproof. Multiple product perspectives - more complex personalization would require multiple views of the product. Color Swatches in Options Sets generated from a Color Library - a bit cumbersome to have to build swatches for the front-end UI (Option Set) separately from the template library. Swatches could be generated from the color library that is referenced in a template for the Option Set. This would save quite a bit in setup time.
