Fed is amazing! Best customer service ever. He really went beyond to help me figure it out! Highly highly recommend - everyone should get this!!! Big shot out!!!! A bit of a learning curve, but help was always responsive, answering my questions and sometimes digging in to our listings and making some corrections directly in our content. The extensive help library is excellent.

I had some struggles figuring out how to integrate this app with my Shopify store initially. Hours of frustration almost made me give up on the app. Fortunately, I was able to contact customily and receive help from Alejandro who was able to address my specific issues and helped me connect to the development team to integrate the app to my needs. I am really excited for what is to come with my customily journey. I love the technology and I am pretty sure this is the best personalization software for shopify. Highly recommend!

Yes Customily might seem overwhelming at first with all of it's amazing tools and features but nothing compares to their support staff. I have reached out to them several times while I am learning their app so much so I think we all know each other on a first name basis. They have been nothing but patient and super helpful with every one of my chats. Thank you all for such an amazing product and team to back it up!

Of the available apps that provide customization options for customers to upload photos and input text and change fonts, etc., this seems to have the most user friendly interface. The customer service from Customily has been very responsive. While there is a learning curve it seems well worth it. It is a real difference maker for selling personalized products.

This app has been a feature we have longed for in our business. It has made our wholesale and everyday customers feel more involved with our brand and catered to. Additionally the developers and techs involved are so attentive and patient even with the smallest questions. What you will not be disappointed with using this app is the customer support! They genuinely care about their customers and will do their best to ensure that their services will compliment your business to the best of it's ability. I HIGHLY recommend trying them out to see if it will work with your website. Great, great company! You won't be disappointed working with them!

I have found Customily personalisation app to be one of the best so far so good. Much easier to use than i thought. I have tried several apps and admit support is the next biggest thing apart from a well needed clever app to move forward in your project build. I used their support chat and realised they are in a different time zone to the UK I waited and my patients paid off. Cecilia has offered excellent support who understands the app and with great depth. Cecilia helped several times and was a pleasure, believe me the wait was worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about finding and solving the personalisation struggle for your store. Big Thanks

Tried to reach out for creating a product for our business as no one in the team knows how to finish the customization， and it is urgent for us， received the answer 10 hours later, and told me they are going to charge extra. Don‘t know if this is normal, yet Sounds not cool.

I’m confident though that our team did make that product for you and it lives up to your expectations :) We are happy to still have you as a customer, in spite of this misunderstanding. As we mentioned over email, our service does not include configuring products for our customers (with over 3500 customers, and selling more than 2 million products, that would be impossible!). Still, we are happy to help whenever we can. Anyway, I believe your products are working just as you want them to, which is what's important! If you need more help you know where to find us.
